This is the third year we've stayed here and love the apartment. Its clean, it's beautiful and great for kids. We all had a great time. The kitchen does need some hot pads and we've been locked out on the last day twice, but we'll be back next year. It's a favorite.

The condo itself was amazing!! Beautiful!! The parking situation is a problem. You have condos for 11 people and only have accommodations for two vehicles. Having to park your car miles away is a problem. Also the surroundings by the pool was a little on the dirty side. There is mold all anlong the lining of the pool. And spots near the slide and big pool was filled with mold and very slimy. The bar area was amazing and the grill was outstanding. The pool area just really need to be cleaned.

Thank you for staying at The Oasis At Orange Beach 2706. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations and the building management teams to review parking allocation and ensure the listing accurately reflects vehicle accommodations and guest parking options. I’ve also notified housekeeping and our pool maintenance team to inspect and perform a deep clean of the pool and slide areas, treat any mold, and address the slimy spots you described. I’m glad you enjoyed the condo, bar area, and grill. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Everything was wonderful!! We had plenty of space (3 Adults and 4 children)! Enough furniture in living room for everyone to sit at night and wind down before bed. Honestly only one thing that bugged me and it isn’t no fault of the owner. The bedrooms that face the inside of condo has the lights shining through the blinds. I am a person that sleeps in darkness and this bothered me. Eventually I fell a sleep of course. The bathrooms are real spacious so plenty of room move around when you are herding little kids, lolI would recommend this condo!

The view was amazing! Easy check in process. Building itself needed more TLC (understand it has been under renovations). Wish there were more signs to tell you where things were and how to get to them. Beach was beautiful, food at the bar was good. Staff were friendly. Our kids had a blast. I would recommend for anyone.

Great gulf view. Good location. The Oasis had a lot of amenities for everyone and right on the beach. For the Condo itself it was very basic. There were no extra blankets. Had pots, pans and dishware. We stayed a week and had to shop for everything from hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, salt, pepper. Condo was clean.
