EASY ACCESS in WINTER! Just seconds to reach to Hwy 82 with our daily plowed driveway/street. (Keep in mind that other homes located closer to ski resorts have longer drive time with icy, steep/unplowed roads).

Spend time with family in the expansive Great Room, 75" Samsung Frame TV, Restoration Hardware and new furnishings, a huge deck for entertaining and a 8-person hot tub. Radiant floor heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere with Smart TV's in all rooms, including a second 75" TV and surround sound system in the Media Room for family movie nights (popcorn included!). The home is equipped with Sonos speakers and 1 Gig high-speed WiFi.

* Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: The chef's kitchen features a large center island, 2 sinks, a 52" double door side-by-side refrigerator, and high-end stainless steel appliances, making it a culinary haven. The dining bar area seats ten, providing a perfect spot for memorable family breakfasts and scrabble games. Note: No dining room table.

*TWO Luxurious Primary Ensuites called 1) The Rivers Edge & 2) The Riverside Retreat. Indulge in the comfort of two spacious suites, furnished with newer Tempur-pedic & Ameri-Sleep Luxe mattresses, ensuite bathrooms and breathtaking views. * 4th Bdrm/Entertainment Hub: The Themed Media Room serves as an office/movie room with a 75” screen, 5 reclining loungers, and an extra Queen Murphy bed. Plenty of board games for the entire family. It's the perfect spot for movie nights or gaming sessions. We have a full range of lawn games, badminton, bocci ball & corn hole.

* Exclusive Home Gym Access: ! Important ! This amenity is not part of booking. Ask for availability of custom 500sf home gym, equipped with a Concept2 rower, weights, ab coaster, leg press, Pilates Reformer, and yoga space to maintain your flex routine amidst the stunning summer landscape. It's invitation-only due to shared workout space with our family members. (Note: Limited availability, Age 22+. Waiver required.)

** Important Details:
- Child restrictions w/ jacuzzi due to property insurance. County-imposed restrictions w/ firepit open burning during dry months.
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A valid credit card is required for a $1500 damage deposit HOLD. The Damage Deposit form w/rental agreement of all guests staying on premise needs to be submitted at time of booking.
- There are motion activated front entrance & rear entrance/deck & garage door temp camera-sensor.
- Animal Allergen-Free: Due to a family member's physician-verified allergen, we regretfully cannot accommodate animals at this time.
- The entry driveway point is shared with a neighboring red detached studio, located across the 3-acre lot & occasionally used by our niece for quiet, creative work. Beyond the entrance, the driveway and home are private for guest use.
