It’s perfect for large families, groups of friends, or get-togethers with extended family, all in a warm, rustic atmosphere. You’ll find four bedrooms spread over two levels and a mezzanine dormitory, a functional and well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a living room. Outside, a large, tree-lined garden invites you to relax. The private, secure pool lets you make the most of beautiful summer days. A shaded patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue is also at your disposal, ideal for al fresco dining or pre-dinner drinks at sunset. Children can play freely while adults relax in this lush, green setting. The region is brimming with sites to explore, such as Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm, Saint-Céré, Autoire, and the Dordogne and Célé rivers—perfect for a variety of outdoor activities: swimming, hiking, canoeing, cultural tours, and culinary discoveries. On the first floor, an entryway leads to a living/dining room that opens onto the kitchen (a utility room with a washing machine provides access to the outdoors), 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, a dormitory/game room/reading room with 1 140-bed and 2 90-beds. Two bedrooms (one with its own bathroom) with 140- and 160-beds. Terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, and a pool secured by an alarm. Property is not fenced. Sheets, towels, housekeeping, and linens are optional.
