Only 250 m from the beach of Anneville sur Mer, we offer you a holiday home with single-storey living and its private garden of 800 m2 facing South. Its quick access to the beach is a major asset, with few people and fishing on foot possible.

Capacity: For 1 - 4 people with 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed on the living room level if special needs.
We can also rent the house with only 1 bedroom for 2 people (contact us for an adapted rate).

As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the holiday spirit that reigns in the house: Living room with wood stove, equipped with a TV (satellite), a dining area, a functional open kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
The fitted kitchen gives access to a south-facing veranda (ideal for enjoying a good meal outside), as well as to the summer kitchen and the garden. An outdoor shower awaits you when you return from the beach.
