Spectacular Views, Hot Tub, Close to Wolf Creek & San Juan River

This home has spectacular views and is located in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Pagosa, just 8 Minutes from Town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. Hiking, fishing and exploring are all around this cabin.

This is a real log home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and room for all to enjoy, including the hot tub in the garage where you can open the garage door and enjoy the views from the tub. Also in the garage is a ping pong table and fuse ball for some extra fun! You enter the home on the 2nd floor with a 2 sided deck to enjoy the views and to prepare your meals on the gas griddle and gas grill. You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area.

Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play.

This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
We highly recommend 4WD vehicles during the winter.

Beautiful house

We loved having coffee and watching sunrises out on the deck, along with the beautiful mountain views. Plenty of space and nice roomy bathrooms on 3 levels for everyone. Kitchen was stocked and ready for cooking, except we never could find a cheese grater! VIP was quick to respond with more towels when needed. Hope to come back!

Absolutely love this place!

Can't wait until we can come back! The split level bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, provided privacy for each couple! The extra living room upstairs was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a group! The dining table was so large and lovely, we had a puzzle going and still sat 6 for meals!

Amazing views, amazing place!

This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!

Cabin in the woods

Beautiful cabin situated about 15 minutes east of town. Clean and well cared for. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck a looking at the mountain views.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property in Pagosa. Communication was excellent, and we loved being off the beaten path yet only 10 minutes from town. Also loved having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in Pagosa

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. It had everything you needed to cook with and that's a big deal for us. The only thing that we weren't prepared for was the lack of A/C. It ended up being better than anticipated. We never got uncomfortably hot, but we just couldn't imagine life without A/C.

Would gladly stay again!

The house had great views, was clean and comfortable and great amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Communicating with the host was really easy! They were always quick to answer any text messages and checkout was a breeze!

Best VRBO location yet near Wolf Creek

A group of us have been doing an annual Wolf Creek, snowboard trip for the last few years. by far, this location and VRBO has been the best one yet. Many good amenities and enough room for our group created an awesome experience. Highly recommend this VRBO

Great Stay

Great location for getting to Wolf Creek for skiing or into town. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever you need. Very quiet neighborhood. With six people showering, never ran out of hot water. Loved the radiant heating as my feet were never cold on the floors. Hot tub was great being in the garage as one day was very windy, cold, and snowy. Would definitely stay here again.

Unspectacular views.

Nice cabin outside of town. Too many stairs and the view is not what i would call spectacular. Homes on other side of highway have much better views and access to river. No place outside for the kids to play.
