The master bedroom features 1 King bed, private bathroom, closet and air conditioning, the guest room is equipped with 2 single beds, bathroom next to the bedroom, air conditioning and closet. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious furnished balcony with sofa and dining area and a view of the city, making it the perfect vacation destination.

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and appliances that will provide you with ease for cooking, furthermore, there is wifi connection throughout the condominium.



At Ipana you will have access to all its amenities as well as spacious swimming pools, gym, spa, bar, meeting room, kids club, underground parking, elevator and a rooftop bar. All of this included during your stay.

Additionally, the building's location will allow you to have access to many other services you may need, such as a supermarket (Chedraui Select) just 1 block away, the famous 5th Avenue 2 blocks away and the beach just 3 blocks away, and in the surrounding area you can find more local shops, restaurants, pharmacies, tours, and various activities.



IMPORTANT:

- We inform you that construction work will be carried out next to the building, which may result in occasional noises that could be bothersome or cause some inconvenience during your stay at Ipana Condos. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control and we offer you our sincere apologies.

MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
