It is located in a secure private residence with swimming pool (25m x 8m), elevator and green spaces. It has a private parking in the basement to park your vehicle.

-An air-conditioned living room with a table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a desk. Bay windows with electric shutters.
-A kitchen open to the living room equipped: an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, a large fridge-freezer, a hood.
-A master bedroom with a 160cm bed, bedside tables, a dressing room with wardrobe and shelves.
-A 2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 80cm, storage with wardrobe and shelves.
-A bathroom with shower, sink and vanity unit, shelves, heated towel rail. The washing machine is located in the bathroom
-Separate toilet with washbasin.
-A pleasant terrace of 15 m² equipped with a garden sofa, a table for 4 people.
-A private parking lot in the basement allowing you to park a vehicle
The residence is ideally located 2 steps from the shops of the city center. On the edge of the Chemin des Amanites, this path leads to the beaches located 1.8 km away on foot or by bike.
Bed sheets and towels are provided as an option. Cost: €15/person per bed and €10/person for towels.

Toulon - Hyeres Airport is 10 km away.
