Summary:

Secluded Back Yard w/Bocce Ball and granite bar. Luxurious Snuggery- completely remodeled from lighting to flooring to furniture to mattresses! DeLonghi Espresso bar and drip coffee pot in suite. This unit is detailed and so close to everything Branson has to offer. You will love this home away from home Oasis with outdoor space, smart Tv's, and some neon lighting! Furniture pieces are made by local artists. I added everything I could think of, that I would want, while on vacation.

Property was nice and I liked the location. Felt safe and I liked that it was in an area with many other condos. The check in process was super easy and the condo was decorated very nicely. It was a good stay for me and my four friends. My main issue was that I was not able to get in contact with the host. I messaged , via the app, 5 times over a 3-week period, prior to the stay, and never heard back. There were a few things we had questions about during the stay (eg. wifi, hand soap, etc.), but I didn't try to contact the host due to previous lack of communication. It wasn't listed as an amenity, but note that there wasn't any shampoo, body wash, etc. Just remember to bring your own!

Very good but sofa broken. Toilet paper holder broken in bathroom. Bath tub very slow to drain. Overall it was good for 8 people. We would stay again

The place was nice. Very well decorated and cozy. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view was a rock wall so don’t go here for the view. The couch that is a sleeper sofa, was broken. You sank down into it when you sat on the couch. I think the springs hiking the cushions up were broke. But I would stay there again.

Great family condo

We came down with our family for Memorial Day weekend to do silver dollar city along with a few other Branson attractions. This condo location was perfect and so cozy and perfect size for four adults and 2 children. Our granddaughters loves the bunk beds and so thrilled to have their own room. We will be back

Spacious

The condo was a very nice size. It said there was room for 11 people. There was only 2 king size beds and one full size bunk bed because the hide a bed and the recliner were broke. The design of the condo was very nice but some of the walls needed cleaned and the patio needed cleaned from dirt and bird feces. The owner did keep up communication with us every time we ask a question or had an issue. We had to fix the sink in the hall bathroom and clean the walls and stabilize the dining room chair ourselves to be able to use them. There are several things that need worked on to fix them. You might bring your own paper products just in case. We were not expecting so many stairs.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and home was clean and beds were very comfortable. It was conveniently located.

Didn’t sleep the crew well

When we had problems with the property they didn’t help when we needed it. I asked questions before we left and they didn’t answer them then. So my daughter with travel anxiety didn’t have a place to sleep except the couch. The broken futon is much was a couch with a pull out bed has been broken a long time you could tell and so when we got home late at night tired we had to figure out how to help her. Not a good first night. All this could have been solved before we came and we could have prepared.

Pretty and comfortable

We had a great time and loved the comfort and decor. Not a problem for us, but the electric outlets in the en suite bathroom were not working. We were also concerned about the pull out sofa. It seemed messed up. Loved the bedrooms. Plenty of blankets, pillows,. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing experience at this condo! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The place felt cozy and welcoming, and the layout was perfect for our group. The location was super convenient, with lots to do nearby. Honestly, it was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place

It was sufficient

It was comfortable enough. I think I have been spoiled with others have more toiletries/items but you have to make sure and not forget to bring anything. The patio was a selling point but was not cleaned and really not appropriate for small kids. The rooms were comfortable enough but the walls are super thin. The first night I swear the upstairs guests did a cannon ball on the floor and this is with sound machines going. The washing machine was also a selling point but needs a serious clean. It looks a little moldy/mildewy and has that smell to it. There was onlyOne laundry pod which the host responded there should have been more but the code to get into the closet did not work. I wouldn’t stay with small kids.

Good stay

This was a good stay. Echos with kids but clean, soft beds, good amount of supplies. Toilet paper roll holder was loose from wall but everything else was nice and good

Christmas getaway

We had plenty of room for our large family! The decor was absolutely adorable, and it was decorated for Christmas which was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute, and would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We stayed here with my kiddos and nieces. It was spacious, clean and centrally located which was great. The only thing, and I may have missed it in the posting, was that it was a basement unit which wasn’t a big deal for us but if going up and down stairs is an issue, that would be helpful to know ahead of time.

My stay

The check in process was very easy. we had all we need, and my kids enjoyed their stay. the only complain I have is the floor. the floor was very dirty. my kids were walking around the living with no shoes and underneath their feet was BLACK. the owner needs to talk to her cleaning lady.

Great Fall Break Stay

Awesome condo!

This condo was just perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, great location and lots of extras that we weren’t expecting! The beds were comfortable with beautiful sheets and covers. The area was quite so sleeping was a breeze! The kitchen is well equipped and the coffee bar was great! Will definitely book again next year. There are several steps but they weren’t an issue for us even though we are over seventy with some mobility issues!

Has it all, plus more!

The decor alone in this rental has me wanting to visit Hobby Lobby ASAP. It was beautiful! On another note, just when I thought I had become a pro at packing, I realized I had left behind some important items! No need to worry, this home had it all! I was so thankful for all of the thoughtfulness that was put into furnishing this home and having it ready for our stay.

Property is practically new. Our host provided a great stay experience with lots of extras and great taste in decorations. It felat like home away from home. Messaged her to let her know about a small issue that did not affect our stay and she responded quickly and offered to come right over. We will stay here again if/when we come back. No complaints.

Girls trip

The condo was very neat and conformable. It had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishes. Only issues we had was upstairs was very noisy and could here all the walking, moving, etc. Also could hear the water running.

Almost perfect!

This property was almost perfected for our family of 5 and small dog. I liked being the last building on the street, quiet with less traffic. Could walk right out to the back grass to play with my dog and only had one exit to block. I actually liked looking at the rock layers in the backyard. I can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into making this place nice and comfortable. Everything was within 15 minutes but away from traffic. Pros Location Good for pets Looks even better in person Very clean Water container with filter First aid kit (big thank you!!!) Ice pack in freezer (daughter twisted her ankle) 2 laundry pods Ice cream bowls and toppings - cute! Dishwasher soap provided Things to consider. Squeaky master door Master bed kinda lumpy/uncomfortable (for me, husband said it was fine) Stains on master comforter Stains on white towels. Thin (but nice) curtains - bring eye mask Bring hangers, hair and body wash. Would have liked some cleaner for the kitchen table and counters. Those are pretty minor things and can be easily resolved except the bed. Maybe we will switch and sleep in the other king bed?? (If you switch the mattresses let us know!!!) We would stay here again though! Thanks!

Great location!

We had a group of 7, 2 teens, 1 senior, & dogs. The stairs down would’ve been too much for our senior (mobility issues) but she stayed in the condo for the most part so not a lot of up/down. It was great having a walkout patio, made taking the dogs out easier. It was very comfortable, parking right at the door to the building. Very close to the strip & SDC as well. We will def keep this unit in mind for future trips.

My husband and are so excited to have this Snuggery to offer you!! We have lived here, in Branson, for over 25 yrs and are grateful to call it home. We are builders and have recently started our own construction company. We are 6 years married and our baby girl just turned 3! This unit is an investment for us, as we build our family and our future! We are glad you are choosing to stay with us and are confident your stay will be fantastic! Here's to moments, that we know will become some of your best memories!

Newly and expertly remodeled. This means it looks, feels and IS so fresh and so clean! We didn't skimp on anything, as it was our first "blank slate". We gutted everything - but did keep the doors.. It has our personal touch, design and craftsmanship in every detail. We even added a fan and bistro lights, as well as a granite bar - outside! There is lots of room to play botche ball or corn hole out back. The location is supreme - as you can zip all around Branson via the backroads and will find yourself within 10 minutes of ANYTHING! This means, SDC, Table Rock Lake, Restaurants and Shopping! We love this community and the property, plus I think my husband did a pretty good job on the Shiplap walls =) We love this space and hope you do also!

Very close to: Table Rock Lake, SDC, Famous 76 Corridor, Shopping, Dining and Hiking Trails. We are located off of 276 so easy to bypass most traffic and zip all around town to get where you are going within 10-15minutes of almost anything!
