It was our first time renting a condo in Mexico and the experience was so wonderful, we extended our stay. Kathy, the host, was amazing and the communication with her exceptional. The check in process was easy and Kathy's kindness, checking in with us periodically, was very much appreciated. The location was great, i loved the view, and beautiful walks along the beach, made our stay so special. We will be back! Thank you so much Kathy!

Beautiful condo, lovely view, tons of amenities

Plenty of useful items including beach towels, beach toys for my kid, and kitchen appliances in a cupboard. Beautiful space. Gorgeous living area. New television with Netflix and Disney. Purified drinking water in the living space. Ice trays in the freezer. Everything we needed and more was here. It's like a home away from home.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay! The condo is updated, spacious, well-stocked, and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing under the beach palapas, wading in the sea, looking for shells in the tidepools, and eating delicious food at Jesse's Carreta (Mexican restaurant about 15 minutes away with a unique and memorable atmosphere), among so many other things. Kathy is an excellent host and gave wonderful guidance for our stay. We did not want to leave, and we will definitely be back!

amazing experience

it was really great the view was under rated one of the best views in puerto puensco our two bed was right of the sanora beach the host was the best helped us every step of the way and she guided us to couple of places around the area such. awesome trip 10/10

Great Property

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying in this property. It was clean, in a great location and every amenity you would need. From spices for cooking to beach towels. I will be back.

Was a great stay!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. There were lots of beach towels, beach toys and chairs. First time to this location. Was very happy. Plenty of restaurants but away from the crowds. Would stay here again

One of the greatest Thanksgiving weekend with the family in Rocky Point, Mexico. Great Time. Very Nice Condo with great views plenty of room. Thanks you to the owners of this very nice condo.

Simply Wonderful

Everything about this unit is perfect. I’ve stayed in many units at Sonoran Sun, and none has been as well appointed as this one. So many generous touches, from spices to beach toys to Saran wrap to legit shampoo and conditioner. It’s exactly how you’d hope a home away from home would be stocked! The remodeled bathrooms are nicer than I have at home, lol. Bedding was luxurious. Host was thoughtful, communicative, and helpful start to finish. Perfect stay!! Will return soon, I hope!!

Amazing views and condo was excellent!

The host was very responsive during our stay. The condo was very clean and had great amenities. Beach access was phenomenal with great views to watch the sunset from the patio balcony. One of the best properties in Puerto Penasco.

The condo was beautiful & everything was there that we needed. The remodeled bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfy. Having access to extra beach towels, floaties, & beach chairs was an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay.

The best experience

We just got back from out stay at Kathys condo at the Sonoran Sea and we had an absolute blast. Kathy was an amazing host and the condo had everything! It was so clean and came with all the amenities. We can not wait to go back and book with her again!

Great vacation stay

We had such a great time at Kathy's place. The rooms were clean and looked nice. The ocean is right there with beautiful views from the balcony. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We were also able to check in early which we really appreciated. If I'm the future when we come back to visit we will definitely try to book with Kathy first.

We claim both Kansas and Arizona as home. Full-time in Phoenix with time out in Puerto Penasco or the Mountains. We love sharing our beachside place with others who have an appreciation of the culture and these therapeutic surroundings. Love this little seaside fishing village!!!

Simple, but well kept and secure condo community with an amazing staff!!! The amenities are perfect for our needs and many others who like the size of our 2 bed 2 bath unit. Everything we need right there. On site bodega for ice or forgotten groceries and sundries. Assistance for any emergency or needs with very good communication from our HOA,cleaner and handy man.

It is the closest resort to the ocean's edge to the Sea of Cortez.
We keep a well equipped pantry with beach gear and larger cooking appliances and pots. Most owners keep locked to guests. First aid kit and fire extinguishers in kitchen and bedroom. Fire blanket. Hair dryers in both bathrooms, newly remodeled bathrooms and newly painted walls throughout. RO at the kitchen sink in addition to the pure 5 gallon water jug. More sleep accommodations than all other 2 bed 2 bath in this resort. Fun family atmosphere with the parrot theme.
The security team is the best among with friendly staff throughout the grounds standing ready to help 24 hours a day.
