We always strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience and a comfortable stay. We acknowledge your comments about potential upgrades and will certainly take them into consideration for future improvements(please message me with what they are). However, we would like to address a few points for the benefit of our future guests: Maintenance and Upgrades: Our property is regularly maintained and updated to ensure everything is in top condition. This is our personal property and only Airbnb, so I am on site staying there very regularly. If there were specific issues you encountered, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay the multiple times we chatted be a text message and when I was at the property personally with the pool guy during your stay. Televisions: The number of TVs in the property is listed in the property description as well as in the photos. We strive to provide accurate details so guests can have realistic expectations before booking. Pool Safety: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Our pool area is regularly inspected and maintained 1-2 times a week to meet safety standards. We encourage all guests to use caution around wet areas to prevent any slips or falls. I really wish these issues were brought to our attention immediately so we could have strived harder to fix any issue, make you happy and get a better review from you. As you can see, this is the first bad and non 5-star review that we have had which certainly makes a huge difference in our potential to get booked in the future and ultimately hurts the success of our small family business. We do truly value all feedback as it helps us improve and continue to provide excellent service. Thank you again for your stay and your comments.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Since your stay, we identified the problem with the hot water system and have fully repaired it to ensure guests now have consistent hot water throughout the home. In addition, we recently completed a major update to the outdoor areas; replacing and repairing boards on the deck, and painting and staining the entire deck as well as the concrete around the pool. This has refreshed the space and addressed the items you mentioned. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it helps us continue improving the home. We are committed to making every guest experience a great one and would love the chance to host you again in the future for a five-star stay.

We sincerely appreciated your honest feedback. It allowed us to identify issues that we were not aware of and get those completely taken care of.
