PET AND FAMILY FRIENDLY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED I HEART COLORADO HOME

I am originally from New Hampshire and moved to Colorado in 1997. I lived in Breckenridge for many years before relocating to the Denver area. Throughout my journey, I have owned several small businesses, including a hot dog cart, a vintage store, an ice cream bike, and a doggy daycare. Currently, I work as a Realtor.

We love sharing our home with families, whether they have kids or pets, and we can accommodate single groups or multiple groups of up to 8 people. Our goal is to make our home cozy and fully equipped with all the essentials you need to feel right at home.

A few years ago, I purchased my home and recently transformed it into a short-term rental for families and their furry friends to enjoy. I understand how challenging it can be to find pet-friendly accommodations while traveling, so I wanted to create a welcoming space for those traveling with pets.

My boyfriend and I love to travel and are passionate about outdoor activities. We appreciate all the amazing experiences Colorado has to offer right in our backyard! We have provided a guest guidebook and QR code for you during your stay to share some of our favorite spots and suggestions for things to do.

We have a detached garage with its own fenced-in yard that we occasionally use. We may be on-site to check you in, or we might be out exploring. If we're in the area and not traveling, you may see us during your stay, either in the driveway or using the shared trash cans outside!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property. It’s in a great neighborhood with a park just two blocks away. A grocery store is within a mile, and there’s a Walmart a couple of miles down the road. We are also only a few blocks from the light rail stop, which takes you downtown to Union Station, where you can easily transfer to the airport.

Olde Town Arvada is just a couple of miles away, offering a variety of restaurants, shopping, pubs, and kid-friendly activities. During the summer, you can enjoy the farmers market and various family-friendly events.

Our spacious, colorful backyard is equipped with a range of fun outdoor activities, including fake turf, outdoor games, bikes, a fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, and plenty of cozy seating decorated with fun artwork and love!

Save money by preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

The bedrooms feature comfortable beds, extra blankets, and a workspace, plus we provide a pack-and-play and a cot for your convenience. Enjoy the master ensuite and walk-in closet. Our home can comfortably sleep up to eight guests in the beds, and the couch is large enough for additional sleeping space if needed. Please note that an extra fee applies for each guest over eight.
