Community Pool - Port Aransas Community pool offers an amazing community pool and other amenities which is located offsite but within one mile of the house. They offer a heated pool, slides, splash pad, lounge chairs, shades, pickle ball courts, skateboard park, swings and playground. Please see Port Aransas Community Pool for open hours and cost to access the pool area.

**Please note, this is located on the back side of the property, the main residence on the front is not a part of the rental and the patio is a shared space with other guests, please be courteous to other guests. Garage is also not a part of the rental. You will be accessing parking through the alley.

**Guests are required to sign our more in-depth legal rental agreement. Failing to do so, owner reserves the rights to cancel the booking.
