☁︎ Points to keep in mind: Only the second floor of the villa (R+2) is equipped with air conditioning. However, no need to worry: the thick walls of the house naturally preserve coolness in the other rooms. And for added peace of mind, each bedroom is equipped with a fan.
The swimming pool is a natural basin, now treated with salt for more comfort. The water is not heated, so it does not reach 28-30°C, but its temperature remains pleasant during the season. Designed to blend into the decor of the century-old park, the water has blue-green reflections and may appear slightly cloudy depending on the weather. This is completely normal: it is not an artificial pool with a bright blue colour, but a natural pool that respects the balance of the place.
