It was really nice to have you four polite and clean young adults come and stay at my little getaway! And to think I almost didn't have you as guests because I had incorrectly entered the age limit as no younger than 28! Good luck with your chosen careers and you are welcome back any time!

Serenity Apartment

We had a very good stay. Patricia met us at check in and showed us everything. The apartment was very neat and clean and was perfect. There were all the kitchen items we needed to fix breakfast, there was plenty of hot water, and the views from the patio were great.😀😃

Thanks so much, Jon! It was nice to have you two here to enjoy the apartment. if you come back, you’ll notice that there’s lots of kitchen, utensils, and an opportunity to cook dinners and lunches, also. Including a smoker and a barbecue. I’m so sorry that the weather didn’t cooperate. Thank you so much for leaving the place so clean!

The apartment was a perfect retreat after spending the day training with my horse. It was quiet, the apartment was comfy and met my needs. The sunset view from the swing overlooking the valley was spectacular! Patricia, the host, was very kind. I'll definitely stay here the next time.

You, also, Nancy were the perfect tenant. You took advantageous of what this little slice of heaven offers and that is so satisfying! Nancy was an exemplary guest. She even felt she had explained to me that she let a few items dry on the drying towel, as if it was necessary. She was quiet, courteous, friendly, and even shared her wonderful explorations with her horse with me. Nancy is welcome back with open arms. ☺️

Quiet home base

My wife and I (and our 2 kids) wanted to come out to the San Diego area to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. This apartment in Valley Center was under an hour away from SD, close enough for us to have our adventures, but far enough away that we could relax in the apt home base at the end of the day. The "backyard" was beautiful and the entire property was serene.

I am also happy that you were able to enjoy your 18th anniversary down here in San Diego while we were having such lovely weather. as an aside, thank you so much for folding up all the towels and sheets, it was easy for me to walk in and begin to clean without having to deal with a mess. Definitely Serene

The Sunrises and Sunsets were just what we needed. This place is Magical. If you can't relax here, you may need some other kind of help. Even our 14yr old son could stop and appreciate the View and Nature. I have no words for the feeling I had just sitting and watching the view. We will never forget it.

Clean with beautiful views

Small but very beautiful property up in the hills! It’s a great place to stay if you want a serene, quiet, relaxing environment. There is no TV. Bring a good book and some hiking shoes. You have the appliances you need to cook small, quick meals. The nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away. This is a very clean, pup friendly apartment.

It was nice to have you as guests, Maria, thank you. It seems you were gone more than you were here! Yes, as advertised in the VRBO description, there is no TV however, there is your own personal Wi-Fi for streaming your own services. Thanks for the review. ~ Patricia
