Great place to stay in Blue Ridge. It’s not hard to get to and close enough to get to most things within 30 minutes. Very clean and beautifully decorated! We saw deer, a rabbit, geese and trout in the river!

My family and I loved staying at this cabin! The cabin was great for all the ages that came with us. The scenery was beautiful! You can see everything from the top of the porch. The drive was not bad at all. It took less than 10 minutes to get to downtown Blue Ridge. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Blue Ridge. The house was perfect. We’re not able to play in the water watch because they kept opening the dam. It would be really low in the morning but then high in the afternoon when they wanted to go in there but we were able to find other places to play in creeks, etc.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house is beautiful, and the location on the river added so much to our stay. We found it very clean when we arrived and appreciated the welcoming touches of towels on the beds and toiletries in the bathrooms. There was something for everyone...fishing, kayaking, relaxing. The kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. Once we learned the schedule of water release from the dam we knew when to play in the river and when to float down on kayaks. We even got grandma in the inflatable boat for a ride in the river. Beautiful views from the porches, with relaxing sounds both day and night. We heard whippoorwills and saw lightning bugs. Also saw lots of wildlife...deer, bears, groundhogs, otters, ducks with ducklings, rabbits. The kids didn't want to leave!

We loved the area and location to the river. The house was a great set up for 2 families! The access to the river was not as pictured. It was a mud pit to where it was difficult to walk in on one side and the other side had grass as tall as my 7 yr old. One of the main reasons we booked this home was because of the pictures that showed a very well manicured grassy area to fish and access the river. I did call the property management company and they were responsive, the grass was cut down and some rocks were placed over the mud. It was better but there needs to be a lot of work done in that area to represent the pictures or the pictures need to be taken off. The hot tub was a great addition and the kids loved the bunk area.

Memorable Christmas on the Toccoa

The cabin was beautiful and located right on the river. My husband and two daughters and I had such a memorable Christmas week at the property. The fire pit was a nice touch. The cabin was very clean and our girls were obsessed with a bunkbed set up in the downstairs playroom. This is a beautiful property and we would stay here again. We would love to go back in the spring and possibly fish and raft in the river.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our group. We loved staying on the river, fishing and cooking samores over the outdoor fire pit. The kids loved the four bunk beds on the lower level. A great place to stay during the fall.

Favorite so far in Blue Ridge

This house location is on point. The view, the yard, the nice area outside for a camp fire. My family had a blast.

Beautiful river front property

We just got back from 5 nights at this property. It was gorgeous! We loved the location. Super close to town. The backyard was our favorite part. U get a great view of homes up in the mountains and also the ones next to you down on the river. My husband and son caught multiple trout wading in the river right behind the house. The yard is huge and my kids enjoyed running around and playing yard games. The house itself was very clean! My only gripe was the water pressure was pretty low. But everything else was great. We look forward to coming back and staying again!

Best Friends Getaway

We rented this house for a final weekend with best friends before the girls move away to college. It was the perfect place. We relaxed and enjpyed family and friend time, floated down the water, made fires, and played games. It was just what we needed to prepare for this next season in our lives.

Perfect family vacation house

Location, location, location! This beautifully decorated house sits right on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, GA. From the large backyard, to the fire pit, to the two outside decks, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect and peaceful view.

Beautiful Cabin

Our family and close friends had a wonderful time at this cabin! We had plenty of space for 7 of us. The kids enjoyed the game room/hang out room! Can’t wait to visit again! Quick response time from host!
