Upon entering, the apartment reveals a bright and elegant living space: a lounge with designer furnishings, comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The indoor dining area extends naturally onto the generous west-facing terrace, offering uninterrupted views over the sea and Port Canto—perfect for outdoor meals or a quiet coffee in the sun.
The sleeping area includes:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and access to a private est-facing balcony with no direct overlook
- A third bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, Smart TV, and its own private balcony
- A second bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer
- A separate guest toilet accessible from the entrance
