Our beach and golf villa at 532 Augusta Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of the Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 resort swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and golf courses.

Brought to you by Beach Blue Properties! Fully remodeled and stocked, this brand new unit is ready for your next vacation. Our coastal modern villa accommodates up to six guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully stocked kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The chef in the family will love the openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Also available is a barbecue grill on the back patio. The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! The family room is newly decorated with a comfy sofa, three generous chairs, and a large HDTV. There is a separate sunroom with a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa that could also be suitable as a children’s play area.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips here at #532 August Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Beautiful home on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort grounds. The golf cart died while driving it, but Beach Blue (property mgmt company) responded immediately and was able to get the golf cart operating again. The home was decorated so well and was very cozy with all the essentials of home available for guests. The golf cart makes it so easy to get back and forth to the beach, hauling just about anything you need in a single trip. Beds were very comfortable, and the property layout was perfect. Lots of space and comfy furniture to lounge and spend time as a family. We would absolutely stay at this home again when traveling to Miramar Beach.

Beautiful, well appointed property. Perfect location, close to the pool, nice use of golf cart for convenience, and our family really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The perfect stay. We come to Destin every year and this will be our go to spot moving forward.

A Perfect Stay!

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations were superb; Clean, modern, comfortable, well stocked, close proximity to the beach, pools, golf course, restaurants, outlets and grocery stores. Access to the golf cart was icing on the cake. We could not have asked for more. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rest Relax Recharge

This was a wonderful, trendy and super clean beach house tucked away on a golf course that provided my family a relaxing place to rest and recharge. It was close to all the things beach life has to offer.

Great house

We enjoyed the house. It has up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen. We have stayed in the area before in a dated house so this redo was a treat. Openeness of the kitchen/den areas is great. Very comfortable and in a quiet area. Love a free standing house instead of a condo.

The property is great! The golf cart is awesome to use to go the beach, use on property and to go to Grand Blvd to the grocery store. There is chairs and umbrellas for beach in the shed and a lot of other beach items.
