BIKING & HIKING - explore the Glacial Hills Pathway and Natural Area for hiking, mountain biking and winter sports trails which are __ minutes from the condo.
BOATING: Just a few minutes to Lake Bellaire part of the chain of lakes, including Torch Lake! Spend the day boating the beautiful lakes, either bring your own boat or rent one. There are many nearby marinas including Torch River Marina to rent a ski boat or pontoon. The public boat launch is 6 miles from the condo.
KAYAKS - Paddles & Pedals in downtown Bellaire offers kayak rentals at a reasonable price. You can also bring your own and store it in our garage.
GRASS RIVER NATURAL AREA - 12 minutes away is Northern Michigan Premier Nature Preserve. Seven miles of trails and boardwalks take visitors through cedar swamp, sedge meadows and upland forest. WINTER – every snow activity is available - skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tubing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling (can snowmobile out to trails from condo), plenty of room in garage to store your equipment
