Stay where the action is! Welcome to The Helix in Capitol Hill, and enjoy this boutique-inspired brand new townhome. Experience the convenience of living in the heart of the Emerald City, where you can easily walk to light rail, buses, and the best dining/nightlife Seattle has to offer. Close to all the action but far enough to be quiet and relaxing! No car needed here!

This townhome is 1024 SF with a expansive rooftop overseeing beautiful Seattle Skyline, Space Needle, and Lake Union views.

1st Floor: Entry, office space, bathroom 1 , bedroom 1
2nd Floor: Kitchen, living room with sofa bed
3rd Floor: bedroom 2, bathroom 2, laundry room
4th Floor: rooftop patio with downtown skyline view

Our townhome with 2Bd/2Ba Queen beds comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The sofa bed sleeps 1 additional person comfortably. Euro kitchen is great for light snacks and drinks! The living room is perfect for small and cozy get togethers to watch movies while sipping a cup of Seattle coffee.

You also will not want to miss the rooftop views while reading a book with a drink in one hand as you take in the Lake or Downtown Seattle skyline views.

This space caters to tourists who will be in Downtown Seattle for a few days. All essentials are provided, with cozy comfortable beds and relaxing living room lounge.
Other things to note
The metal spiral staircases are not children friendly, please use caution when using the stairs.

Neighborhood description

There's no better location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington.

This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!

Cap Hill is known for the Seattle nightlife, bars, clubs, and some of the best Seattle restaurants in the area. During the day time, you can find laid-back coffee shops to just spend your sunny Seattle summers or cozy Seattle rainy winters.

Getting around

We do not have off street parking and finding street parking may be difficult at night. Guest parking permits are provided that allow parking at zone 4 restricted parking zones without restrictions. It’s recommended to take the light rail from the airport to Capitol Hill Station.

This place is beautiful and the location is perfect for just about anywhere u want to go. There are a lot of stairs so just be aware. We loved the place and it was great for our visit.

The property is in an amazing neighborhood. It is easy to walk to restaurants and even downtown. The only concern we had was finding parking. We are from the country so once we adjusted and got the hang of it, we were fine. I would highly recommend!!

great location, easy access to trains and busses, very smooth check in/check out process. parking pass is a nice touch but surrounding streets are fairly packed if arriving later at night, so hard to find a spot.

Perfect Getaway

Celebrated a 50th BD. Perfect location. Great Views, Easy Access to everything, and very comfortable beds!!! Also, this location was very quiet. Host was very easy to communicate with and assisted with an additional request. Love this place!!!

Great location

My friend and I stayed here for about a week, and it was very clean and extremely convenient for getting to downtown Seattle. The owner always replied to any questions quickly as well. Located on Cap Hill, I which was a nice neighborhood to walk around and grab supplies too.

Seattle 2024!

Loved our stay here. The views from the balcony are magical in the evening. The house was very well cleaned and tidy. So close to many shops, restaurants and bars in Capitol Hill. I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent location

This was the perfect space for 4 people to hang out! The rooftop was amazing and the space was clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn't have a car, but I feel like the parking pass would be a coup for someone who had one. Thans for the stay!

Our stay here for a long weekend was wonderful! We had five adults, two in each bedroom and one on the couch and everyone enjoyed the stay and was comfortable. The location was a short walk to numerous delicious restaurants, coffee shops, parks and cute shops. The host was easy to connect with for check in questions and happily made accommodations for our stay to make our travel days easier. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in staying. One caveat would be for folks who would have trouble walking up and down a narrow spiral staircase, while one bed and full bath is on the entry level all other parts of the house and living areas are up a fairly narrow staircase.

Reasonable place to stay in Seattle in a decent location, but not our favorite. The area is walkable, but requires a not very convenient 10-15min walk to get to the park, shops, and restaurants nearby. Parking is very limited, especially with construction going on during the summer. The house itself is on a steep-ish hill with a few stairs between the sidewalk and the entry, so be aware if mobility is a concern at all.The only access to the upper floors is via a metal, spiral staircase -- a little nerve-wracking when trying to haul a suitcase up and down in socks (no shoes allowed on upstairs). The living space is tight but in an efficient way. There are small details missing though -- like where to place your glass when trying to watch TV.The upstairs bath and bedroom are quite nice, and the beds and linens clean and cozy.Host is fairly timely and responsive to issues (which we had a few of).

We were there really just to lay our heads at night, so the place did the job. Tons of windy stair cases that weren’t ideal, more than I realized when viewing the property. Response time from the host was incredible. Dusting would be ideal, some cobwebs in the rooms, dusty baseboards in the bathroom. But again, it did the job. Super cute area as well.
