We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was as advertised and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and easily jumping on the boat to hit multiple wrecks, reefs, and sandbars. We we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area with the tv for sitting out at night. Pam and Kevin were very helpful throughout the trip and answered all questions. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great stay! The house was super clean and organized, had everything we needed. Lovely heated pool, and we loved the cozy patio with comfy seating and a TV poolside. We used the pool house as our "remote work" office.

Amazing location and house!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house had anything that we needed to cook meals, the outside area and pool were perfect for hanging out after a day on the boat. The house had plenty of room to host 9 people and never felt that we needed more space. Pam and her husband were very helpful with any questions we had and were quick to respond. We would recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this home. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 plus my in laws. We were able to have our own spaces while still being able to spend time together. The pool is a wonderful addition to this home and made our stay even more fun. Pam is a wonderful host and so incredibly easy to get in touch with and is super responsive. 10/10 recommend this home!

Key Largo

Everything was perfect. Pam was easy to communicate with. The property beautiful inside and out. They did a great job with the renovation. Great location. Pool and boat dock was everything my family needed. Small yard was awesome for my 1 year old nephew to play in. Downstairs cottage works perfect for days by the pool. Definitely would love to come back next year .

Key Largo house

I can't say enough about this property. It exceeded my expectations. The property has been recently redone, including a lovely new heated pool. The interior spaces are spacious and very modern with new appliances in the kitchens. All of the kitchen cookware and dishes are new and all you could want to cook meals. Outdoor activity equipment is available. The downstairs apartment would be perfect for a couple needing some privacy from the family group. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Canalside Property

I spent 3 weeks at this property in March/April with various friends and family members. There was plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside, and this included a week with 9 people. The outside space is exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and pool toys, kayaks, fishing in the canal, morning coffee on the screen porch and dinner canal side. Inside you will have everything you need in the kitchen and living spaces. We had many great meals at nearby restaurants with water/sunset views in Key Largo and Islamorada. We explored the everglades by airboat and hiking. And we enjoyed kayaking and glass bottom boat tours. I recommend this property to large groups and anyone looking to relax by the pool and appreciate nearby activities.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a smartly renovated home on a lovely canal, with boat dockage that worked well for our group. The kitchen is very well-stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the outdoor space is beyond lovely. The pool was so nice, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio as well. Pam was kind, easy to communicate with and very responsive. We cannot think of anything that could have improved our stay (outside of one issue that could not have been predicted, and Pam went above and beyond to have fixed as quickly as possible). We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. We would recommend to anyone with no hesitation!
