Perfect Vacation 1bd/1ba Studio Apt in Jaco w/AC

Thank you, Kevin Looking forward to hosting you back !!

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found us responsive during your stay. We do our best to present the property accurately with detailed photos and a full list of amenities so guests can clearly understand the layout, size, and available spaces prior to booking. The unit includes a queen-size bed that comfortably accommodates up to two guests, which is the maximum occupancy for the property, though we understand preferences for space can vary. The outdoor area is shown in the listing photos and described as a simple shared space rather than a private terrace. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure the listing information is as clear and accurate as possible for future guests.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the location, cleanliness, and our responsiveness—we truly appreciate it. We also appreciate you bringing the sink water pressure to our attention, and we’re glad we were able to resolve the issue promptly during your stay. Your suggestion about adding a small dresser is very helpful as well, and we will certainly take that into consideration as we continue improving the space for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again on your next visit to Jacó.

Thank you for your feedback. Our listing clearly states that the property is located in the center of Downtown San José, a lively urban area that many guests choose for its convenience, though it can include typical city noise, especially at night. We aim to be transparent so guests can decide if this environment fits their preferences. Regarding the situation you described, we take matters of guest comfort and safety seriously; however, we are not able to control the behavior of neighboring properties or individuals outside of our building. The building also has a night security guard, and we are always available via message, so if anything feels concerning during a stay, we encourage guests to contact us immediately so we can assist or involve the appropriate authorities if needed. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure our listing information is as clear as possible for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the apartment clean, though we're sorry to learn the size didn't meet your expectations. The apartment your friend stayed in is our accessible unit, which is designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. It has a larger layout for accessibility purposes, not as a luxury upgrade. To keep things fair and inclusive, we do not charge extra for that unit — it’s available at the same rate as our other apartments. We understand how it might feel surprising to see a difference in size, but we price all our units based on amenities, location, and demand — not just square footage. We always encourage guests to reach out before booking if they have specific preferences or questions about the layout. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
