King Bed Loft in the Heart of Downtown Boston

Welcome to our spacious, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail.

Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more!

Enjoy high ceilings and bamboo floors in nearly 1000 square feet of living space, plus a newly tiled bathroom, a comfortable king bed with 100% cotton linens, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, down pillows, a walk-in closet and blackout curtains.

There's also a queen sleeper sofa with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance - please request the sofa bed prior to arrival if you'll need it.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar.

In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer.

We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan.

Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest.

Please Note:

Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC.

Cable is not provided for the smart TV.

Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away.

Being in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise, but it's pretty quiet at night.

For your comfort and safety, our building has security cameras in the common area entrance.

It was my first time staying here, and the room was very clean and fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

This was a clean and nice apartment, it is close to the park and grocery store. We felt safe walking to several attractions. The hosts are very attentive and always respond quickly. We would stay again.

Fabulous location and amenities!

Aaron and Lu were wonderful hosts, and the apartment was even bigger than it looks in the photos! You can’t beat the location, super walkable to everything and very easy access to public transit. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made it a great option for staying in and cooking some nights. This was a great space for our family of four. 5/5 would book again!

Comfy

I like simple and functional, and this apartment delivers. All amenities were as expected (including the fastest hot water kettle I have ever seen). I loved the comfort of the bed with its memory foam mattress.

Great Location!

Great location for walking to many Boston sites… The Boston commons, the start of the freedom trail, the aquarium for the duck tour, the north end for great Italian food. The property was clean, well appointed, had a very comfortable bed, and the owners were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property!

Boston downtown apartment

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, and clean apartment. All the household appliances were in working order. Aaron & Lu were so helpful in regards to public transportation, and restaurants The location was prefect - great access to the T, food market, Freedom Trail, running along the Charles river, etc. The only thing I would recommend for the downtown area is to bring some noise cancellation earbuds to sleep more soundly. We enjoyed our stay in Boston, and would definitely come back to stay in this apartment! Douglas & Kris

Close to Boston Common area

Apartment was very comfortable and had what we needed. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen for a quick breakfast each morning. It is located within easy walking distance of many of the historical sites. Aaron was very kind and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Boston Marathon Runner and family

Aaron and Lu’s place was ideal for us! My son was running the marathon. He and I came in early so he could get acclimated. We were later joined by additional family. I cooked all of our meals leading up to race day. The kitchen had all the basics I needed. The grocery store was just steps away from the front of the building. My son was able to walk to the bag drop and buses that take runners to the start in Hopkinton. We shuffled back from the finish - about 1200m. Very close the the Common and Gardens for easy shake out runs. There is access to the orange line right next to the building and the green line 1/2 block away. The unit was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the sofa bed was adequate - about what you’d expect. The laundry machines were so nice to have! I had a couple questions to which the hosts quickly responded. I would gladly stay again! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Boston

We had a great stay - it’s a short walk to many restaurants, Boston Commons, shops, and spots along the Freedom Trail. We walked to all the spots on the trail - the apartment is about a 35 minute walk from the farthest spot, the USS Constitution. Walking was such a great way to see the city! The apartment was clean and communication with the owner was excellent. Great place to stay!

Our neighborhood is home to some of Boston's best reviewed restaurants and cocktail bars, coffeeshops, a full-service supermarket, and plenty of shopping. Best of all, the apartment is only a 4 minute walk to Boston Common!
