We have done all we can to make this home as beautiful and comfy as we could. It is light and airy with modern boho furnishings. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance. The home has a large living, dining and kitchen area that flow. The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless steel appliances and an island to enjoy your breakfast at. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a lovely stay, Kitchen is loaded with all the cooking essentials i.e. coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking set, salt, pepper, spices, oil. Lots of windows flood the space with natural light and a serene peaceful environment.

Bedding is new and comfy. One queen bed. Queen bed is comfortable for two adults but we don't recommend two adults sleeping on a double bed. We provide board games, and toys. There is a desk for a designated work space if you wish to work while on your trip. We provide free WiFi and parking. There is also a TV and Netflix is available. This is a triplex and only the outside area is shared. This house does not have a backyard. The backyard is a free parking lot for our guests. There is seating to enjoy your morning coffee out front. This is a nice neighborhood and we love and know our neighbors.

Bedroom: 1 bedroom has a comfy King-sized bed and new comfy bedding the other has a queen-sized.. One of the bedrooms has two full beds. Two of the bedrooms have a closet (ironing board, iron, extra towels, extra pillows and bed sheet set) and an attached full bath. We can provide a pack and play for your infant.
One of the bedrooms has a desk for a designated work space if you wish to work while on your trip. We provide free and fast WiFi.



BY OUR HOME:
Our carefully designed retreat home is the quintessential Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found under Florida's expansive skies. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, visits to Sponge Docks (less than 5 mins away), dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities for our guests!
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only a couple of blocks away from central downtown Tarpon Springs that has many festivals especially for Christmas and during springs; great Greek culture and food, the weekly Farmers Market, Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Beach; an amazing aquarium and splash park all within 5 mins of the location.
We are by the Pinellas Trail which you can take and bike or walk for hours and even hit bars and breweries.

NEARBY:
Pinellas County has so much to offer including world class beaches such as Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island (great touristy area to catch some sun and fun, great bars and dining, great water tours, water sports, and so much more); Weeki Wachie is about 30 mins and it is a great area to kayak the springs and go down the river.

THEME PARKS:
Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40min away. Dinosaur World is 1.5 hours away and Legoland.

NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.
Dunedin & Safety Harbor downtown (about 20 min each) has lots of festivals and farmer markets. It has a pier and you can take a trolley from our place to get there. Lot of small shops, ice cream shops, bars , breweries and restaurants. Both have Christmas parades and boat parades.
Armature Works has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river.
St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music.

KIDS:
We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. There are multiple amazing playgrounds around and a splash park at Dunedin Kiwanis Sprayground and Tarpon Springs Splash Park (2min away). There is a bouncy house 5 mins away. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The aquarium in Tarpon Springs is very close by but there is also Clearwater Aquarium and The Tampa Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.
