Welcome to our self-contained, furnished and fully equipped accommodation of 44 m², located in a quiet, green and secure residential area, just 8 km from the centre of Nantes.

This is a totally independent part of a house, with its own access, without vis-à-vis, ideal for short stays (maximum 28 nights). The place is perfect for a single person, a couple or a couple with a small child. Pets are welcome.

🌿 The environment
You will be surrounded by greenery, with a lovely accessible garden with trees, ideal for reading, relaxing or having breakfast outside. The area is very quiet, with no traffic or noise. It is a perfect place to rest after a day of work or exploring.
