This beautiful townhouse has all the luxuries you could want for a perfect vacation. It has been recently updated with luxury vinyl flooring in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is wonderfully designed with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The living area is ideal for entertaining and leads to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. The primary bedroom has an oceanfront balcony, and another bedroom has sliders leading to the ground-level outdoor area. Spend lazy evenings sunbathing by the shared outdoor pool. This townhouse is perfect for the entire family!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Master bath tub is temporarily out of service.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great views

Overall a great location and experience. The upstairs AC can't go below 75 but otherwise the house is in excellent condition. It is super close to the beach access, plenty of parking and a nice walking path throughout the property. The balconies have chairs so you can enjoy the ocean view.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this spot! Very spacious condo with my favorite long hallways and a great view of the water. Great access to the beach and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect layout

Excellent dog friendly property

Our third time staying in this unit. Fantastic view of the ocean, and a short walk to the beach. Well furnished, and kitchen utensils were in good shape. Highly recommend.

Very nice condo.

I have stayed in most of the complexes in the Plantation and near the Ritz, and this was the nicest. Great view. Plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. Covered parking. Very nice pool. You will not be disappointed with Windsong.

Wonderful condo on the beach

We have stayed at 1411 Windsong multiple times as the condo is awesome, and they accept pets. The condo has spectacular views of the ocean and is a very short walk to the beach and pool. The condo is clean and comfortable. We will definitely plan a return trip to this awesome place.

Summer vacation 2023

This was a fantastic trip and I am in love with Amelia Island. He beach was simply beautiful and the pools were just perfect! Excellent vacation spot. We will be back either as homeowners or vacationers.

Ocean views + large dog friendly + great location!

This three-floor unit has lovely ocean views on every level as well as two balconies and a ground-level patio. There's also a gated courtyard, so when we came back from the beach we could close the gate and keep the pups safely enclosed while we dried them or got the sand off their paws. Our sweet dogs loved the beach as much as we did--big thanks to the owner for making this possible for our large dogs!

Another Great Week on Amelia Island!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we love it! Lots of room for families to spread out but it also has a large area for gathering together. Multiple balconies with great views are perfect for watching the sun rise. Nice additions this year were the high chair and the glider in the upstairs bedroom, as we were traveling with a toddler. The courtyard entering the front door works well for cleaning the dogs before coming in and for storing beach equipment. Being able to bring our dogs makes for a perfect vacation. Vacasa was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed with constant communication. We plan to return!

We’ll be back

Great location for our family (two adult children and spouses). Each bedroom has its own bath which was really nice. We also had our dog, so it was nice to be able to walk right out on the lower level. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The walking paths are nice and they get you to several restaurants which are about a mile away.

Family Vacation

Lovely villa with great views and location. Very nice and quiet. We love Amelia Island but this was our first time staying at this end of the island. We loved it! We had everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to bring our dogs! The layout was perfect for our family. Management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and agents were very courteous. We will be back!

Great condo and community

We love Amelia. We live close and visit several times a year. This was our first time renting a home in Wind Song. Very small Development that is immaculate. The house is wonderful. Plenty of room and amazing views of ocean. Very convenient to cycle trails, small restaurants, peace and quiet and all the south end of beach has to offer. II only have one suggestion for improvement. That’s would be to replace coffee table in living room. It’s too large and you have to walk close to it. The top is glass and the edges are very sharp. There are plastic covers on edges but they all fall off all the time. It’s actually dangerous in my opinion.. After two separate encounters that left marks on my legs we moved table but it is very heavy and with limited space it made two chairs on living room unusable as table was against them. At a minimum, the plastic protection things need to be permanently attached as they do no good on the floor. However, I would gladly return to this property. We had a very nice time and rarely left the property except to enjoy beach or bicycle and it was perfect location to catch the trails. Also, a couple more bowls and complete knife set for folks like us that stay in and cook would be nice.

Spacious and very clean

This is a beautiful large condo. Perfect separate spaces for 2 couples. Downstairs was great for taking dog directly out the back. I would have given it 5 stars but the kitchen could have been more well-equipped. Minimal amount of spices and no coffee filters. Pans were not great.

Stunning views and community, but lots of wear

The Plantation property and Windsong community are standouts. We’ve been to AI several times, but in oceanfront single-family homes. We were pleasantly surprised by the Plantation property—great trails, lots to do safely outdoors. Windsong is a great community with an intimate pool area with few others there. There are stunning ocean and property views from each patio at 1411 (although we did not use the lower level during our stay). Living and dining nicely appointed and comfortable for evening lounging. Otherwise, the unit is showing its wear including stained and filthy carpets and rugs. Unit is in desperate need of a very deep and thorough cleaning. We cleaned again upon arrival - several housekeeping misses, including thick dust on some of the tables, sticky, sandy floors, and needed greater attention. Previous reviewers’ comments re: carpets and unusable Teflon kitchen pans are confirmed. We are grateful for the week we had at 1411, but wish the owners and housekeeping took better care of the unit.

Nice townhouse

Nicely decorated and well cared for townhouse, just steps from the beach. Amelia Island Plantation is definitely the best place to stay on the island. Great amenities. This townhouse has nice furnishings, and great views. Recommend!

Great condo!

This tri-level condo was perfect for our big family. It sits right on the ocean with patios/ocean view on each level. Access to the beach was incredibly short and easy. Amelia island is a family favorite and we loved this condo!
