Bright, quiet house opening onto wooded garden near Place Nansouty

Our house is a "Bordeaux shop", a stone terraced house from the beginning of the twentieth century typical of Bordeaux. It has been completely rehabilitated by an architect. It is spacious, loft-style, bright and offers large volumes opening onto the garden.
It is very pleasant on sunny days and at all hours of the day.
Ideal for a family with children (house equipped for children between 7 and 12 years old)

There is the possibility of sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully Equipped: oven, fridge, hob, hood, microwave, food processor, coffee maker (bean)...
There is also a washing machine and a dryer.


You will have access to the very pleasant garden to have meals. A small swimming pool is installed in the summer to cool you off; it measures about 2.5x1.75m for 60cm deep and the water is filtered and treated.

The house is located in a very quiet bohemian family area, Nansouty, located only 20 minutes walk from the city center.
All amenities are present on the "square" of the neighborhood less than 3 minutes away, restaurants, bakeries, cheesemonger, grocery stores....
A 15-minute walk away is the most typical covered market in Bordeaux, very lively, with many bars and restaurants.

The bus stop, 200m from the house, allows travelers to connect the city center and the SNCF train station very easily and very quickly.
The beaches of the ocean or the Arcachon basin are less than an hour's drive from the house.
