House Next Door - Minutes to Cedar Point & Islands

This house is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day at Cedar Point or the Islands. Serene, beautiful setting, and yet very close to attractions. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

DOG POLICY (dogs are $35 per night, per dog): We only cater to loving, responsible, attentive dog owners. Guests who plan on leaving their dog(s) alone all day long while they attend Cedar Point or go to the Islands need to find another vacation rental. We love dogs and welcome dog owners who love them and care for them as we do our own. Leaving dog(s) all day long with no potty breaks/visits is definitely not in keeping with our policy. We are sure that all responsible pet owners would agree with our Dog Policy listed here:
1. Pets may not be left unattended for hours and hours with no care. There are many great pet sitters and daycare options in our area. Our parameters are that dog(s) are to be crated while guests are gone, and he/she/they can't be left all day long in a crate with no breaks. We don't allow free-roaming dogs when the owners aren't there, so crating is a must when guests are out to eat or at the park, or any other time guests are gone. We are very close to the dog park, so previous guests have had no problem coming back once and even twice daily for potty breaks and exercise...

2. Any pet stains or pet odors will be professionally cleaned after departure and the cost of the service will be the pet owner’s responsibility. If dog urine sits on the laminate floors, the planks in the floors ruined by the urine will be replaced at the owner's expense.

3. Dogs are expected to be clean and odor free when they are staying with us.

4. Dogs may be taken on leash out to the backyard for restroom breaks. Please bring poop bags for and pick up after your pet. 5. No bathing of pets is allowed anywhere in the house. There is a wonderful pet wash right down the road from us. :-)

Clean, updated flooring, paint, new furniture, spacious.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-the hot tub is an extra amenity we offer as a bonus to this property. Sometimes hot tubs malfunction and it can take time for parts and repairs. Though we've never had a problem or a malfunction to date, it's always a possibility. There will be no refunds or credits if there are any or all days of your stay where guests cannot use the hot tub. We have a professional hot tub technician that keeps it in tip-top shape. :-)
-Although there is a propane tank on the BBQ grill, if it becomes empty during a stay, or if it's empty upon arrival, it is the guest's responsibility to exchange the tank.
