This apartment is fantastic. Communication was easy from the outset and check in was a breeze, despite arriving on a late flight. The apartment was a great size, in a lovely safe location, so comfortable and had all amenities needed for a family of 5 and extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds, 5 min walk to Pingu supermarket, 5 min walk to the Mini Golf, 10 min walk into town but the location is so quiet. Lovely pool, again, so quiet and peaceful and plenty of loungers for everyone. Having stayed in Alvor for the past 22 years and we have stayed in numerous apartments in the area, this was by far the best.We will definitely be back

Large living space with comfortable couches to curl up in, dining area and a balcony overlooking Alvor and a stunning pool.! One can walk easily to the village and to the beaches and boardwalks. Hello Lisa, I am very pleased to hear you appreciated the locality and the apartments many attributes and facilities. I am sorry the safe was not available to you, it will be replaced. As to the lift/elevator this I cannot provide - however it has to be said that from the pedestrian walkway there are only 14 steps to the apartment. I hope this information helps future guests. Thank you for your stay.

Home from Home

What can I say... this was our 3 visit to Alvor and certainly not the last. 1st time staying in Sues lovely apartment, we were familiar with the area and would not hesitate to stay there again, we loved everything about the place, felt like home from home. Rooms were all tastefully decorated, beds were really comfy and all the mods cons in the kitchen. There is nothing that we did not like about our Holiday aside from having to come home after our 10 days, Alvor hold a special place in our heart and I hope we can visit again soon.

Racist host, scamming guests off money after check-out. Made a long list with things she meant we didn’t do before checking out, which were completely false. We contacted vrbo & they were more helpful. In addition: Ants everywhere, dirty cutlery, etc.

Excellent location

Sue's unit is lovely, in a great quiet location within walking distance to everything as noted in the description. Alvor has many restaurants to choose from. Sue's recommendations were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and Pingo Doce grocery was a short walk so we bought fresh daily. Alvor is a great place to enjoy the ocean and wonderful for hiking. The Sunday morning market at the river is a must.Sue was very helpful after arrival, picking us up at the airport and giving us a walking tour of the lovely villiage of Alvor. She is a great host and very responsive to any issues we had. we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sue for sharing your unit withy us.

El apartamento está totalmente equipado, es muy amplio y está muy limpio. Volvería sin duda, lo que el precio me parece bastante alto por noche ya que no hay limpieza, ni cambio de toallas durante la estancia y no está tan cerca de la playa.

Had a fabulous stay in Sue’s apartment in Alvor. Apartment is a perfect size for a family of four. Was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The pool is lovely and was never very busy and the location is excellent. A short walk to the village centre and a well priced and stocked supermarket a 5 min walk away. Sue took the time to show us around the apartment and let us check in early which was really appreciated. The communication was superb. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Alvor.
