In this house, everything is shared: 2 bedrooms (4 beds and a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, and 2 fenced outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden.

Pets welcome, subject to compliance with the pet policy. There is one step between the living room and the kitchen. The courtyard is paved with large stones, and the garden has small cement borders to mark the path (this should be modified). From Laval or Mayenne, take the D962 to Martigné-sur-Mayenne. Then take the D12 towards the Montgiroux lock. Cross the bridge over the Mayenne. The cottage is on your right, at number 1.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard, which has a locked gate.
