You'll be perfectly positioned to watch the waves roll in at this two-bedroom, oceanfront condo in The Towers, where you'll have a private balcony overlooking the beach and a prime position only two blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk.

Inside this classic condo are a number of at-home comforts and conveniences. There's central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and free WiFi throughout.

The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location but dated and not clean.

I’ll start out with the location, it’s great. The tower is situated 2 blocks north of the boardwalk. Close enough for a quick walk yet far enough for a quiet night. Pool is a great option. But.. Cleanliness of the unit is a huge issue. The place just appeared dirty and unclean. We found a wrappers and water bottle were under the bed and left on top of the bed. Mugs-I only saw 2 mugs, which was strange. When I went looking for more mugs I discovered the Dishwasher was left full and dirty. Then went to run it and it didn’t clean anything. Coffee pot- moldy and dirty, oddly there was another coffee pot there that we used. Stove- plastic was left in/on one of the burners. No tea kettle in the kitchen. King bed was very uncomfortable, wanted to switch to the smaller room. Shower head broken in one bathroom. There was a razor blade still in the shower when we arrived. Outdoor patio furniture, for the price we paid, we should have furniture that won’t buckle under you. Overall it was dated, carpet was old and sofa was old and damp. We did report issues to vacasa but wanted to enjoy our vacation.

Convenient

The Towers building is conveniently positioned just off the boardwalk, meaning you have a quieter atmosphere while being close to the action. For exercise buffs, the building is exactly 2.5 miles from the south end of the Boardwalk, providing for a good 5 mile round-trip walk or run.
