Casa Coastal Feliz is a thoughtfully renovated private Naples retreat designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Delnor-Wiggins Pass, and Downtown Naples.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the home was designed to feel calm, comfortable, and effortlessly coastal — blending elevated finishes with the warmth and livability of a true Naples home.

The backyard is the heart of the property, featuring a newly remodeled heated pool, covered screened lanai, outdoor dining and lounge spaces, fire pit seating area, and professionally designed tropical landscaping with fruit trees and fresh herbs throughout the property. Premium outdoor furnishings create a relaxed resort-style atmosphere ideal for long afternoons by the pool or evenings under the palms.

Inside, the home has been fully remodeled and professionally designed with a focus on comfort, functionality, and easy vacation living. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens directly to the pool and lanai, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for entertaining, family gatherings, or quiet mornings with coffee outside.

The interiors were intentionally designed to feel warm, layered, and inviting, with timeless coastal styling, quality bedding, comfortable mattresses, thoughtfully curated furnishings, and relaxing spaces throughout the home designed for both connection and quiet retreat.

Naples home

We go to Naples each year for my daughter’s tournament. This house was near the fields and close to the downtown area. It was well appointed and the pool was great to have. We will probably stay here again next year.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The location was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Our precious Harlow enjoyed watching the lizards and the walks we took within the community. The pool was awesome and we were thankful for the adjustment to the temperature upon request. The kitchen was stocked with all needed for cooking in and grilling. The fire pit was a highlight to ending our day before retiring every night. We would have given 5 stars across the board but unfortunately, the lounge chairs were too hard to be able to use. Thankfully, we found 2 folding reclining chairs in the garage to use. Secondly, the linens and towels definitely need replaced. They were in bad shape and we ended up getting our own to use. Thirdly, there was not enough comfortable seating for staying in if the weather was bad. It certainly would’ve been difficult for us we had brought family. Other than those 3 negatives, we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The feedback is helpful, in our years hosting at this property, this is the first time we have had any feedback on the comfort of the pool lounge chairs - they come with a sunbrella cushion to make them comfortable for guest enjoyment while also offering superior weather protection. We are sorry the towels were not to your liking, they are fairly new and also the first time we are hearing this but had you reached out we would have been more than happy to have our property manager bring a new batch for your enjoyment. We aim to be responsive to our guests and provide a first class experience, in the future please reach out if you have any requests or concerns and we’d be happy to address promptly. Our bedding linen is all from Pottery Barn which is a premium amenity we seek to provide our guests with to compliment the Beauty Rest mattress.

Soccer tournament

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Casa Coastal Feliz. We were there for my daughters soccer tournament. The communication with the host, Nick, was great! I had no troubles and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this house. Thank you again Nick!

Spring getaway

We had a great vacation, the house was just as nice as the pictures show. The neighborhood was clean with great upkeep. Great location. The house was very clean with plenty of towels for the pool which was important to us. Plenty of room in the kitchen area for everyone, a beautiful kitchen. Check in was easy and getting to know what we needed to do was in the welcome booklet, or labeled. Nick checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing ok, also got right back to us when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity

Quiet oasis in North Naples

Just spent a relaxing week at this amazing property and I'll say that the photos don't do justice to the tastefully renovated accommodations you'll find here. The home has an amazing indoor/outdoor flow with a spacious kitchen that opens to both the indoor TV/seating area, as well as the fully screened patio with a heated pool (no bugs!). Since we visited in June the water was naturally warm, and we spent two entire days floating in it and doing absolutely nothing. Once we were ready to venture outdoors, we discovered that there were more attractions within reach of this home than we could possibly visit. We booked a day-trip from Fort Myers to Key West (where we had our first ever manatee sighting), and also a day on Sanibel Island (turquoise water that was bathtub-warm). Book a full week if you can, which allows you to go everywhere mid-week and avoid crowds. The owners have thoughtfully supplied everything you'll need for a day at the beach, including an umbrella, beach chairs, towels, and cooler. You'll also have some amazing food options. There are several good grocery stores within easy driving distance if you prefer to cook in that spacious kitchen, but also great restaurants. You also have excellent delivery options if you want prepared food without the trouble of driving. In summary, we could have happily stayed here for months. We just hope this home is available the next time we want to return to the Naples area - because there definitely will be a next time!

Peaceful Getaway!

Such a wonderful home with an amazing outdoor space! This home backs up to a nature preserve proving lots of quiet privacy and some wonderful animal sightings! The home is so comfortable - everything you need in the kitchen and more, the most comfortable beds, and ample lush towels. And the pool provides hours and hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family! We loved the easy access to the Ft Myers Airport and a very quick drive to beautiful Delanor Wiggins State Park! This is a great place! Thanks Nick!

Vacation Oasis

This was an exceptional property - clean, spacious and well-appointed. The pool was a wonderful treat to escape from the Florida summer heat. Our family ate dinner outside in the screened in patio every night. No bugs and the perfect ceiling fan did the trick. There was a great BBQ area and expansive edible garden for us to use. My son got a big kick out of picking fruit off the trees. All in all -- we had an amazing time in this wonderful spot.

Casa Coastal Feliz is a 10/10

Our stay at Casa Coastal Feliz was incredible! We stayed for an entire month and the best part was that we were able to bring our dogs with. Love an amazing rental property like this one that allows pets! The house is equipped with everything you’d need! They had beach supplies (chairs, towels, blankets, and coolers). You can tell the owners care about keeping the place in excellent condition and well-stocked. The edible landscape is SO cool - and really, the outdoor area is like your own oasis. So private and perfect for relaxing! The house was very clean upon arrival and any questions we had, Nick was very prompt in getting back to us. The neighborhood is really nice as well and in a convenient location to stores, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Naples area!! Right down the street from Delnor Wiggins State park which was our favorite beach by far.
