A large modern and well-equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter and capsule coffee maker, washing machine and dryer), a large table for 8 people.
Its living room opening onto the two balconies.
2 bedrooms with double beds 140x200, wardrobes.
A bathroom with a shower, and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet.

You have access to a common outdoor parking lot in the residence, and to a secure bicycle room.

Quiet and secure residence, access with badge. Access to the collective outdoor parking lot and the underground bicycle room.

The keys are handed over on arrival and departure in person, Elise will contact you a few days before your arrival.
