THE CONDO Is Ocean Front fully furnished on the 3rd floor of the magnificent Gulf Shores Resort. This unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 43" TV in each bedroom. It has 2 bathrooms, both with shower tub combo. There's a queen sleeper sofa and rocker recliner in the living room. It also has a wet bar with mirror. The condo is ocean front with a view of the ocean, 150 steps to the boardwalk. It is in the same building as the indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, fitness center, steam room, and sauna, are just steps away. Free parking just outside the unit. The building was completely re-built after hurricane Sally in 2020 and completed in 2021, so everything is new. The condo has new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, and paint. It has free wireless internet and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quite upgraded dish washer, microwave, Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need. The condo also has an Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryers, and All your linens are provided which include 4 towels and wash cloths in each bath, dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen, and all sheets and covers for each bed and the sleeper sofa, extra blankets are also in the closet. If you need to wash your towels or linens during your stay, card operated washers and dryers are located it the building. Housekeeping provides a starter kit of a couple of rolls of tissue and soap in each bathrooms, paper towels, dish detergent, and a couple of trash bags. The front door has a combo door lock with a deadbolt inside. No smoking is allowed in the condo. THE RESORT has 6 outdoor pools, one is heated, one indoor pool, several lighted tennis courts, several lighted volleyball courts, lighted basketball courts, Several lighted pickleball courts, one indoor and one outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, beach store, horseshoes, putting green, several outdoor grills, and Sassy Bass restaurant with a beach front bar. There’s a coffee and ice cream shop at the Resort. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course and restaurant are walking distance from condo. THE BEACH has beautiful white sand. There’s Chair and Umbrella rentals, Parasailing, Banana boat rides and more. No pets are allowed at the resort or on the beach.
