Great condo

We loved staying at ocean view villas! The condo was huge, comfortable, and stylish. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus a half bath. We also loved sitting on the huge patio. Plenty of room for 6 of us. There really wasn't anything we needed besides our own food. There was salt, pepper, sugar, plus dish soup ands few dishwasher pods and laundry pods. There were also some beach chairs in the closet. We also loved the short walk to the beach! Also within walking distance was a cute coffee shop and dinner at Salt Life Food Shack, which was excellent. The condo was a quick ~6 minute drive to the really cute shopping area with tons of restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this condo!

Parking was safe but tight. Beach views were unobstructed. We were on 2nd floor and could not see the shoreline over the high dunes, but overall the view was great.

Great Location, Great Stay

Everything was great. Very clean, well appointed. Quiet location. Located right next to a State Park, so watching deer was pretty cool.

Wonderful convienent location and spacious condo

Amazing stay in Amelia Island

This property was beautifully decorated, clean and modern. It is steps away from the beach and an excellent restaurant. Such a quaint downtown. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The location is great. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, the nature park, shopping and more. The unit is fantastic with open floor plan, very clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed with all you need and most importantly for us quiet. One nice perk as well is the parking garage. Highly recommend the stay at his villa.

Wonderful stay at Ocean View Villas

Unit was beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We went with two couples, plenty of room, would be a nice place for families. Short walk to the beach and park area, short drive into town. Nice to have two dedicated parking spaces, would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful experience and the perfect get away at Amelia Island! The condo was very spacious, extremely clean and wonderfully updated! The location right across from the beach couldn’t have been any better! We loved our time here!

Beautiful property

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The check in/check out process was super easy. Communication with the property management staff was excellent. We loved the location - close to the beach, but not too close! Everything we needed to make our stay great was available.

The place is decorated nicely but it is quite a distance from beach. The master bath had someone’s contact lens left from previous guest. And as Seniors, my husband fell in the tub shower and nearly hurt himself. No mats provided in either tub showers. If you enjoy a firm bed , you’re in luck. Kitchen is great. Located in great walking area! Overall, very nice for the money. The deer came right up to our patio.

Beautiful location, extremely clean and convenient.

You have everything you need and including plenty of room for family and relaxation. The hosts made everything comfortable and the property is beautifully decorated and complete. We were there for a death in the family and returning back to the condo in the evening was comfortable and restful. Thank you!

Five Star Stay

Such a wonderful property right off the beach and near Ft. Clinch nature park. Within 2 miles of charming, historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Stacy was an amazing host and communication was excellent! Will definitely come again!

Amazing

We absolutely LOVE this rental. It was for a surprise birthday weekend. We walked in and felt at home. it's well kept, comfortable, and like home. We will be looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent Location

Most everything was great about this place. Location, cleanliness, etc. My only downside was the king mattress was a little firm for me; although my fiancé’ liked it:). You can’t go wrong renting this place!

Our stay was wonderful

I honestly can't find anything that could have been improved upon here. I stayed with my husband and three older sons. The unit was spacious, clean and so welcoming. It's so close to the beach and two casual restaurants. We would absolutely rent here again. It was also a great value.

This was a fabulous VRBO! Location was great. Unit was fantastic.

We could not have chosen a better place. Location was fantastic. Unit was huge. Very clean. The beach, great places to eat close by, about a minute drive to down town and we saw deer right out the back door as we were located right next to the Fort Clinch State Park. 100% positive we would stay here again.

Girls' Trip

Great space for a gathering of women. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to the main beach and restaurants there and an easy drive to the town of Fernandina for shopping, dining and exploring the riverfront and the historic area. Communication with the owners about access, etc. went smoothly. Everyone wants to go back and stay there again.
