Sand Pearl 30A is an elegant 3 bed room, 2.5 bath room, luxury town home that sleeps 8 (max) and includes the complimentary use of the owner’s brand new 6-passenger Street Legal Golf Cart, 5 beach cruiser bikes, 8 beach chairs, a beach cabana, a beach wagon and everything you will need for great days at the beach!

This beautifully decorated townhome has an owner’s suite with a King size bed, 70” wall mounted smart TV, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom w/dual vanities, large walk-in shower and divided water closet area. Sand Pearl 30A also has a Pack and Play w/sheets located in the master walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a 50” wall mounted smart TV. The third bedroom features a custom built-in full size bunk bed and a 42” wall mounted smart TV. The second and third bedrooms share a nice full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a guest ½ bath on the first level across from the fully-equipped laundry room. The expansive great room features a 70” Sony flat screen smart TV, a brand new set of "main-seating" furniture with a queen sleeper sofa and 2 large accent chairs , a comfortable sitting/reading area with 2 nice arm chairs and French-door access to a large fenced in deck that overlooks a very nice green space in the back. The dining area features a beautiful custom-made banquette table with comfortable seating for 8, and a nice island breakfast bar with 4 coastal-style stools. Sand Pearl 30A also has a child's highchair. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries. This beautiful home also comes with a two-car garage and is equipped with a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance. For security purposes, the owner has also installed outdoor, motion-activated cameras to monitor and record any activity in the driveway and the areas just outside the main and rear entrance doors.

In addition, Sand Pearl 30A includes the free use of the owner’s 6 passenger street legal golf cart.

The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the with their party for the entire stay.

NOTE SANDPEARL 30AS GOLF CART POLICY: All drivers of the Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on our Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.

The Prominence community features 2 very nice swimming pools.
On the north side, you will find an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style, child friendly pool (heated in October/November & March/April) with lounging cabanas, outdoor dining facilities w/gas grills, upholstered outdoor living sectionals and bathhouses. This pool is just a short walk down the street and around the corner. On the south side, you will find a quaint, more secluded, relaxing pool with resort-style cabanas and lounge chairs, table & chair sets with umbrellas and a really nice bathhouse.

Check out THE HUB! Directly across the street from our community. The Hub offers boutique shopping, a covered event pavilion, several restaurants and eateries, family activities, outdoor movie nights and seasonal live entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!

But as you can imagine, the favorite thing to do here is load up the golf cart with all the beach equipment and head off to
one of the 6, golf cart accessible, beaches we have listed in our detailed Welcome Book. Our personal favorite is the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park just 6/10th's of a mile west of this home. The sand dunes and beaches in this area are some of the most beautiful in the world. The sand is sugar white and when the sun shines down through the ocean water it creates the beautiful "Emerald Coastline" that this area is famous for. As you look further out, the water turns light blue and keeps getting deeper and deeper blue until it meets up with a light blue sky out on the horizon. On a sunny day it is absolutely breathtaking!

For those more adventurous, ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Or, you may prefer to take the street legal golf cart to some of these same communities for breakfast or lunch, just park the cart in a regular public parking spot. DISCLAIMER: Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys Beach communities DO NOT allow golf carts to be parked in their communities. You can only ride straight through on 30A.
