An exceptional stay awaits at this one-level waterfront Punta Gorda home! Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this large home offers maximum privacy for guests with no neighbors directly across the canal. Speaking of the canal, it offers you direct access to Charlotte Harbor, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. The lush landscaping, including mango, key lime, banana, and avocado trees, creates a serene atmosphere. The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests. Enjoy a snack or formal meal in the dining room that has seating for up to six people, and then head over to the living room's comfortable sectional and settle in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

*Pool heat is available between October 1st and May 1st. The charge is $32 a day plus tax. A three-day minimum is required. Vacasa must be notified 72 hours in advance since it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat.

**Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
