Amazing lake front, deep water private cove

Spacious, open floor plan with plenty of space for 8 guest. Enjoy the view of Lake Oconee and Jumping Rock from either level, inside or out on the deck. Best cove on the lake with plenty of deep water and quick boat ride to The Ritz and other restaurants on the water

Large and open living room, kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for family to gather. Our home is equipped like a home, not a rental; you will find the kitchen fully stocked. Oversized firepit down by the lake with plenty of firewood.

Great spot for Spring Break, Masters week, or just to get away. Take your boat to The Ritz, it’s just a 10 - 15 minute boat ride away.

Looking for a Fall getaway? Great spot with great foliage on our property….Hickory, Red Maple, White Oak, Chestnut Oak and more.

Looking to rent a boat or jet ski?

Oconee wild watersports and young Harris water-sports are options nearby

Great spot to just hang, swim and float around. Cove is not busy and also a great fishing spot

Please note:
- The stairs to the Garage & Kids bunk room are steep.
- The 4th bedroom upstairs and the shed are not available nor listed as part of the listing
- there are cameras externally and internally. During your stay we turn off internal cameras and provide guest locations and instructions to unplug them during their stay. Externally we keep those on for safety reasons as well to ensure house rules are followed (no pets, no groups larger than 8, etc). Upon request we will turn off the camera at the driveway and dock

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect. Beds were comfy, place was clean, water was deep with a wonderful view but the games and water toys made it the perfect trip. Host was super helpful and responsive, we would definitely come back!

This property if fantastic and exactly as advertised! Incredible views of Lake Oconee from the house and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing on the dock and making use of the kayak’s, paddle boards and floats. Would definitely stay here again!

Renamed: Lake Heaven

The house is awesome. Provides a great view of the lake, comfortable beds, and kitchen that makes cooks happy. But the dock is the star. Comfortable for just sitting around soaking in the lake air, the perfect spot for children inclined towards cannonballs, for kayakers and paddleboarders, and for star gazers. This was my second time at this location and no one will be surprised when I return.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary getaway at this wonderful lake home. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are great books and games, and lots of extras that make this rental feel more like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and on the dock. Everything was perfect.

Great lake house on Oconee

We spent a week here in July and had the best time. It’s located on a great deep water cove right off the main channel. Perfect location if you want to bring your boat like we did. Property is beautiful on over 2 wooded acres. We saw deer almost every day along the long driveway as we left or arrived home.

Great end to the summer

The property was just as described. Kitchen well stocked and beds are very comfy. The dock is great and we all had the best time swimming off of it and using the paddle boards. We rented a boat at a local marina that was easily docked at the property. I would love to stay there again.

Lake Life

My family & I had a wonderful trip to the lake. The home & lake views were fantastic! Additionally, we enjoyed the paddle boards & kayaks provided by the host. We would definitely recommend this home to other families & we look forward to staying there again in the future!!

Good Choice

This home was clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding, and relaxing on the deck while bird watching and looking at the beautiful lake. The ping pong table also provided loads of fun and laughs.

Perfect Occonee Lakehouse

This was an ideal house for my family! It had plenty of room for us (we didn't even use the bunk room). The house is very comfortable and well-stocked with all the dishes and kitchen utensils we needed. The location is perfect. It's on a large, deep-water cove with beautiful views. We especially loved the two kayaks and two SUPs which we used every day. Brian was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway spot for family vacation

Location of the property is in a perfect spot. Cove is nice for hanging out on the dock and swimming in the water. There is a boat ramp 10 min away if you want to bring your own boat. Ping pong table is a nice addition. Closest shopping is a Dollar General about 9 min away. Comes with a nice grill and umbrella for the patio and boat dock which is nice to stay out of the sun. Great view of the lake from the living room.

Family Vacation in beautiful lake front home on the south side of lake Oconee!

It's sitting on a hill with a great view of the lake, there are stairs to the lake and wide gravel path. The home was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. And my husband and teens really enjoyed the fishing and paddle boards/kayaks! And of course the fire pit and ping pong table. Would highly recommend. The owner overnighted a left behind iPad Air, we are very grateful for his immediate response and honesty!

Family Fun

This lake house did not disappoint. My daughter who works for the school board and I wanted a getaway during spring break that would take us close to her daughter and granddaughter who live in Decatur and another son who lives in Suwanee. We were delighted with everything about this location. The 3-year-old had so much fun in the kayak. The kitchen -- we all love to cook -- was perfect. Everything we needed was there, making cooking out on the grill so much fun. I think just letting everyone know that we will be going back says it all.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our 1 week stay in this property. Lake Oconee is a beautiful lake and this home is situated nicely in a quite cove with quick access to the main parts of the lake. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and allowing the kids to swim and fish. We brought our jet ski on the trip and there was a easy to use lift on the dock to store it securely by lifting it out of the water. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we cooked and grilled out most nights. Would love to see a outdoor dining table added to the top deck in the future. The living area was nice and open with very high ceilings. Overall, this was a nice property that has been well maintained. We will likely book again. Thank you!

Not that great

Property had multiple private areas as in room, shed, etc which not for use. No motorize sports were even offered for use. Ive stayed in similar properties foe the same rate or higher with better options. too small, photos on website are very deceiving. taken at an angle to make it look bigger. Again my opinion but, owners should rethink the availability of access to guest in the future. I could tell the property had not been rented in a while due to the amount of spider webs everywhere. Also, big wasp hive outside the back porch.

Great family stay

We loved being directly on the lake and the owner was so wonderful to work with. The house was stocked with games and outdoor activities and it was just a great family get away.

Great place/Ideal location

We had an incredible time. This location is perfect as the cove is deeper than most, lots of fishing option even off the dock. Great location which is easy to boat to the Ritz and other places on the lake. The house itself had all we needed plenty of space and the views from the porch, firepit and dock are beautiful

Perfect mom’s getaway

This house was the perfect place for 4 working mom’s who needed an escape. The views are gorgeous with great accommodations and comfy beds. Brian & Shannon were excellent communicators throughout the process - beginning, middle and end. We will return - already planning for another weekend when we can enjoy the lake.

Location, location and Aframe… central spot on Lake Oconee, giving fast access to all the Lake has to offer. Fantastic cove with deep water which is great for boating, floating, fishing and relaxing.
