Excellent location with lots of amenities. The pool and ocean are both very close and Pool Bar Jims is an added bonus when you’re enjoying them. The rental is also very close to shops, restaurants, things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and close to everything! With Coligny across the street, the Tiki hut right next door, Pool Bar Jims on site and great pools, there was always something to do. The family had a wonderful time. One opportunity for improvement would be to have some beach chairs and an umbrella available to bring to the beach to avoid costly rental fees.

Stove did not work, had to be replaced mid-stay. Affected our ability to cook in. Also, parking directions were confusing, not sure which building we were staying in, buildings not clearly marked.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry the stove failed and had to be replaced during your stay, and we understand how that disrupted your ability to cook. Our team worked to replace the unit as quickly as possible, and we’re reviewing our procedures to help prevent similar issues in the future. We also apologize for the confusion regarding parking and locating the correct building. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as guest feedback helps us improve our arrival instructions and overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Best regards, host2coast
