Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Come unwind on this 15 acre tranquil setting and rejuvenate. Relax, play, or exercise in the indoor heated saltwater pool in the detached pool house (No pets allowed in pool or pool house). Views of trees from every window! Great room with vaulted ceilings, skylights allowing tons of natural light along with a large leather sectional sofa to relax. Well stocked kitchen designed for entertaining w/ granite counters, wrap around island, ample cabinetry, 2 refrigerators / 2 ice makers along with a bright and airy dining room. 3 private king bedrooms which share a hall bath on the main floor. In adidtion there's a Master suite with a 4th king bed along with an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance to the deck and hot tub. The lower level has 1 private king bedroom with a futon and an egress window. Large room with play area for children. 4 XL twin beds which could also be pushed together to have 2 king beds, futon, Tv, sink, and counter space for many uses. 1 bathroom on lower level. Rec room with a 70" TV and 2 leather sofas and a wood burner stove. Game room features an 8' pool table, shuffleboard, 50 games arcade video game, pinball machine, dartboard and a refrigerator. Outdoors there's a large deck, with patio furniture, hot tub, private yard space with firepit and 15 wooded acres of trails and a stream to explore. All of this, just 10 mins from many dining choices, Walmart and only 24 min from Old Man's Cave.

Pricing is for 12 guests. Additional fee of $25 per person per day.

The driveway is pretty steep on this property but the driveway has recently been paved so getting up the driveway is not an issue. A four wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle is needed during snowy months.
