Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area.

** All villas are assigned at check in

** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

** Neighboring construction noise will impact the property through July 2026.

Great Location and View

Our stay at Marriott Mountianside was fantastic. You can't ask for a better location next to the ski lift, and has its own ski valet. Great views from the room and loved the outdoor pool and multiple hit tubs. Can't wait to go back.

Great stay!

The apartment was clean , comfortable and close to the slopes. Ski in ski out with ease. Just a short bus ride to town. Fdjops and eateries. I highly recommend.

It is an ideal ski-in/out location and ski valet convenient. The unit was clean and adequately equipped. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant/lounge on the property.

Perfect stay. Spacious accommodations for our family. Welcoming and accommodating staff. So much to do on and off the resort. True ski in ski out. Bus stop steps away. Outdoor Hot tubs were a perfect ending for a busy day

Excellent Experience

The Marriott Mountainside is perfect for what it is: clean, dependable, location next to the main lifts. The property is a bit dated, and the beds are worn out, but the location, convenience, and 'at home' features (full kitchen, laundry, ski-valet) is unbeatable. You will pay, but folks on a tight schedule, it is worth it.

Good location, bad room

The good: you can’t be in a better location for skiing PC and the resort has nice pools and activities for families. The bad: our room smelled terrible, we were in a room right above a loading dock that got busy and loud daily at 6am, and the pull out bed which we were relying on was as hard as a rock. Would not stay here again.

A cozy retreat in the Heart of Park City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott's MountainSide during our visit to Park City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfort of the accommodations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of snowboarding. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding. There was even a kid's club and a game room to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was MASSIVE. We literally skied right into the hotel swimming pool area. :) The one thing I missed immensley was a hotel bar. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot wait to return next year!

Best Location!

For ski in and ski out there is no better location than this property in Park City. Does it cost more…sure. Do they have 7 hot tubs…yep. Restaurant and bars within walking distance. Yes. Lift outside the back gate. Yep. Just do it.

Amazing Family Ski Trip

We loved staying with our family at Marriott Mountainside for our yearly ski trip. It was super simple to fly in and out of SLC. The resort is only 35 minutes away (Can't beat that!!). The mountain is amazing. Tons of snow and great lifts. We loved the hotel. Amazing location right at the base of the mountain. Easy access to the mountain through PayDay and Crescent lifts (not a long lift line, unlike the Gondola). Spacious rooms, loved their hot tub/pool area overlooking the mountain and fire pit area for smores and hot cocoa, great amenities for all ages, kids playroom, pool and ping pong tables for teens, friendly staff, and the cherry on top, covered garage parking included!
