With 4 large bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms, we have everything you’re looking for.



The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll be welcomed to your temporary home by a lovely front lawn leading up to the gorgeous newly built home. Park up in the 2-car garage to keep your cars out of the hot sun. Inside, the home is newly renovated with an open-concept layout. It’s bright and spacious with modern upgrades throughout. The exquisite furniture and interior décor are just the icing on the cake.



The absolutely gorgeous fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to cook in, featuring quartz countertops, beautiful cabinetry, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The large island offers plenty of counterspace and you’ll have everything you need to make your own meals or enjoy some amazing local takeout. Choose to have your food in the cute dining area or at the barstools at the kitchen counter. It’s completely open to the spacious living room so everyone can be together. It’s the perfect spot to gather everyone on the cozy furniture and make plans for your activities. You will love the modern eclectic décor with bright pops of color throughout the living room.



Your whole family or group will have ample space to spread out in the 4 large bedrooms and you’ll enjoy the best sleep ever in the luxurious bedding. They are all modern with high-end furniture and decorated with lovely wall art that helps promote a tranquil environment. And the bathrooms are no less! There are 2 stunning, hotel-quality bathrooms. Both have amazing finishes and upgrades that will make you feel indulged. It can be uncomfortable to use bathrooms that aren’t your own, but you’ll have no problem using these ones.



Outside, you’ll have a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the lovely Texas weather. So, make your trip unforgettable and create life-long memories by booking a stay and making our home yours for a short while!



Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Located in an upscale area of metropolitan Dallas, your vacation home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas! Klyde Warren Park is 9 minutes away and the nearby dining options are nearly unlimited. You’ll also be just minutes from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!

Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.







★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.







★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
