Cottage 11 - Year Round - Pet Friendly - 1 Bed / 1 Bath w/ Private Courtyard

Cottage 11 - This cottage features 1 Bedroom w/ a Queen Bed & a Double Bed w/ electric fireplace. There is a loft w/ two twins accessible by ladder, suitable for children, upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower with air conditioning & heat. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, chiminea, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table.

The kitchenette features a stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies). Please register your pet when you book as a guest.

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave along the Back Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee.
