We just had one of the best vacations of our lives. The house is absolutely stunning - amazing views and perfect breezes, lovely pool, great snorkeling. The house itself is very well-equipped to cook, grill, and chill. Our family with kids age 11, 9 and 5 had a fantastic week. The hosts were remarkably helpful and hospitable. I cannot recommend this property enough - and we cannot wait to return!

Perfect spot for a quiet vacation

Great property with a nice sized pool. The Western side of the island is very relaxed however there are still plenty of things to do. We will be back!

Beautiful Location

This home is beautiful - with the pool and beach just steps away, it was hard to want to leave! The house is well appointed and host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

A piece of paradise.

This was an amazing place to stay. the house was great and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The beach was 30 ft from the house and was amazing. Great snorkeling just off shore. Looking forward to coming back soon.

A Beautiful Location

The beach house was clean and absolutely lovely. Beautiful kitchen and spa like bathrooms. The location with our own private beach was amazing and we enjoyed snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing in the shade. We would recommend the Salty Pier beach house to anyone and hope to return again!

Wonderful vacation

The house had something for everyone with the private pool and ocean steps away. We didn’t venture out much- enjoyed snorkeling- weather was perfect. House was sooo nice! Hosts responded very quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

A week in paradise!

Wonderful place! Footsteps to ocean, awesome snorkeling right outside the door. Very clean and comfortable, great location, restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling at the pier was amazing, turtles, rays and many other fish. Do yourself a favor and getaway from it all at the Salty Pier.

Perfection

Beautiful home right on the beach with a private pool and sunset views. Everything we could have wanted for our holiday vacation. Large, well-appointed kitchen was easy to make family dinners on the nights we didn’t go out to excellent restaurants in Christiansted and Frederiksted. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Salty Pier 2023

We really loved staying at the Salty Pier! The place was everything we wanted in a vacation home. The only thing we would recommend is to be sure and wear some bug spray if you intend to sit out on the beach after dark. Can’t wait to come back again!

The Salty Pier Beach House

Great communication from hosts before our arrival on the island and super easy check in. Great communication with Nick throughout stay. House was perfect! It was clean and so comfortable. The pool was the perfect addition to our vacation and the beach in front of the house was pretty fantastic. This was was our fourth time in St. Croix but the first time that we didn’t want to leave the house! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing time in St. Croix!

Best rental house ever!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Right on the water, private, ocean views from almost every room. The guide book provided by the owners included everything we might need to know - features with the house, renting a car, shopping, activities, etc. If we had a a question we received an immediate response. We much preferred this location over the more touristy side of the island. The cat that came with the house was a fun treat! This house has it all!

Private beach...need I say more!

This house was soooo much better than any picture. The owners were lovely to deal with in all aspects. The house is DIRECTLY on the water and the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks is absolutely amazing! The screen porch was so wonderful to watch the sunset with no mosquitos!

Love❤️

We had the best stay! Pool, beach, nearby restaurants. The house is so cozy and welcoming! Everything you could possibly need at the house. The view and the ocean were mesmerizing! The Owners were very helpful and so accommodating! We were visiting in the “off season” so there was never a wait and nothing was over crowded. Driving on the left side is not too bad once you get going. We will definitely stay again if we can find an open time in their rental schedule!

Our Stay at the Salty Pier Beach House

We just spent a week at the Salty Pier Beach House in Christiansted, St Croix and had a wonderful time. The house is ideally located less than a mile from Christiansted and more importantly is located directly on a very private beach. The house is very well equipped with everything you will need inside the house and out including kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, beach towels and beach toys. The owners were very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend the Salty Pier Beach House and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing

The Salty Pier Beach House was absolutely amazing and I've never stayed with more amazing hosts...the property is stunning from the comfortable space, including the beds, to the fully stocked kitchen, the wide range of water sports (snorkel and paddle boards) supplies, and finally the view. From start to finish this was the best rental experience I have ever had and I cannot say enough great things about this space and the hosts. Thank you to the Salty Pier hosts for making our trip so amazing.

Amazing week in St. Croix

Perfect house and place for a week in St. Croix. Fully stocked with everything you need from making meals, relaxing, to enjoying a week at the beach! Everything is well thought out and taken care of. The layout and design of the house makes you feel like you are in paradise every moment. The pool is a perfect addition for relaxing in after a fun day out in the ocean. Close walk or drive into Frederiksted where you have great options for a night out, snorkeling near the pier, and shopping! Truly a perfect place and a perfect getaway.

Amazing week!

The house is in great shape, an absolute prime location, and had non stop amenities. I woke up every morning and paddled to the pier and back on the provided kayaks. The snorkeling directly out from the house is top notch, there is shallow corals 50yds in front of the sea wall! The house is very private which was amazing. We are reviewing dates now, to rebook for next year. I highly recommend!

Awesome Salty Pier

The house is just about perfect! So comfortable and clean! Really great setup, the master and master bath were awesome, looking out at the water from your bed! The view, you will never get tired of. They have everything you need, we really never wanted for anything! Communication was great with the owners when we had a power problem due to a storm. Snorkeling at the house was awesome! Highly recommend this house! was fantastic!

West is Best!

We absolutely loved our stay at Salty Pier Beach House! The house itself is beautiful and the host had so many nice little touches throughout. Traveling with two kids was much easier with the snorkel equipment, life vests, toys, towels, even sunscreen! The beds were so comfortable, and there was nothing we felt we needed that wasn’t there at the house for us. We also loved how close we were to so many amazing restaurants and beaches. We felt safe and secure the whole time, and would absolutely love to stay here again. Thanks so much to owners!

Once we visited St. Croix, we knew this was an island we wanted to visit often. When we walked in the front door of this home and saw the impeccable turquoise beach water and its surreal sunsets, we were instantly hooked. One of our favorite things to do on the property is sitting out back on the beach with our morning coffee (or afternoon cocktails) and often getting to catch dolphins or turtles in view. This home is also conveniently located on the West End which offers the most tranquil waters in St Croix, stunning beaches, and incredible world-class snorkeling/diving at the Frederiksted Pier.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We are two families from Colorado – The husbands are brothers, and the wives are sisters-in-law and the best of friends. Together we have five beautiful daughters ranging from toddler to teen. We completely fell in love with St. Croix after our parents moved here as their permanent residence a few years back. It’s the best of both worlds when you get to visit somewhere so beautiful and spend valuable time with family and friends. St. Croix has such a charming vibe, the people of the island are so friendly, it isn’t as touristy as many of the surrounding islands, there are so many fun foodie spots and endless island-style fun to be had.
