BRAND-NEW FIRST floor condo directly across from Pompano Joe’s restaurant…only 50 steps from the Beach.
ENDLESS GULF VIEWS await y’all in this BRAND NEW completely renovated, modern/chic/beachy one-of-a-kind condo perfectly located within literally 1 minute to everything… coffee shops, restaurants, bars, beach shops, etc.

Absolutely perfect location to everything! We were right across the street from the beach between two entry points, one with wooden stairs and one with a wooden ramp. Pompano Joe’s is a two minute walk and the pool was just a couple steps outside our patio door! Our 11 year old daughter loved the different bunk beds, she slept in a different one each night! The amenities were exactly what we needed to make ourselves comfortably home for the week. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot, we highly recommend to anyone! Chuck was friendly and super helpful with the details a few days before we traveled! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family on the 4th of July

We really enjoyed it here. The pool and hot tub area is right at you feet out the back door. There is laundry but its out front only a few steps. The place was clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is amazing with beach access a short walk across tge street. Close to restaurants, shops, coffe and more. Highly recommend!

Loved Our Stay by the Beach!

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick getaway! It’s conveniently located right across the street from the public beach and within easy walking distance to Pompano Joe’s. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother.The only minor downside was the sandy parking lot — it would be nice if it were paved, but that’s understandably outside the owner’s control. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Way To Ring In The New Year!

We had an amazing time in Destin with 5 of our kids ranging from college to 7 years old. Working with Charles was a great experience. He went over and beyond to make sure our trip was better than what we had expected. This vacation deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you Charles!

Loved "The Dive"

We have stayed in this area multiple times, but our first time at Summer Spell & this condo was our favorite. It is perfect for a small family or group. Every bit of space was well planned with several bunks for kids or extra friends to sleepover. It is decorated so adorable, super clean, very convenient to the beach & restaurants. The owner, Chuck, was very kind & super helpful! Would absolutely love to come back again!!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We loved our time in Miramar at the Summerspell condo. The unit was perfectly layed out and well designed for a couple or small family. The recent renovation was extremely well done. Very cool design touches and use of space. We felt comfortable and relaxed the entire stay and would happily return on our next visit.

Wonderful

The Dive was beautiful..the walk to the beach was short and easy to get to, and the pool was a (favorite) for the kids. And the Host Chuck was very nice and easy to communicate with..would definitely stay again

First trip to the area

This was our first trip to the area and we could not have chosen better. The condo was just what we needed for the 5 of us. It was clean, convenient to the beach access, restaurants and only a few steps to the pool (which my kids loved the most). Chuck was easy to talk to and readily available! We could not have asked for a better trip and hope to return soon!

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was perfect.. newly remodeled, comfortable beds, and a balcony overlooking the beach, Pompano Joes, and the pool. We couldn’t ask for a better location and we definitely plan on going back next year. Charles contacted me a few times prior to our trip just to confirm and welcome us. Great communication from him.

Amazing Trip

This was a last minute booking and it was seamless. Host is very nice, the condo is simple perfection, great location, great ocean view, I enjoyed everything about this condo and it has many fun little surprises. Everything was as shown in images and host returns calls, emails promtly, will book again.
