Below the house, a swimming pool is shared with another gîte and the owner (access via a gate). The pool is fenced and secured with a cover (dimensions 4m x 8m, depth 1.60m), uses a salt water system, and is unheated: swimming is possible from June to September, weather permitting. Single-story gîte: - Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi) - 3 bedrooms: 1 king-size bed (180x200cm) (and TV) - 1 double bed (140x190cm) - 2 single beds (90x190cm) - Bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, washing machine, and dryer. Separate WC. Partially covered, south-facing terrace, 40 m², with garden furniture and an electric griddle. Beds made upon arrival. Towels provided.
