Welcome to The Retreat House, located on a 1-acre plot in Pinehurst, NC, just minutes from everything.

This restored historic home is filled with charm and character but offers all the modern comforts as well, including ultra-fast gigabit internet, a cozy eat-in kitchen with its own fireplace and TV, and an enormous attached screened-in porch and an outdoor pool.

Our home is located conveniently just down the road from historic Pinehurst and within walking distance to several local restaurants, yet completely tucked away on a private road on a fantastic secluded lot.

The Retreat House features the original hardwood floors through out the original main part of the home, LVP in the additions and tile in the bathrooms.

Here are just some of our unique features of this stunning property:

-A commercial-grade golf simulator featuring a 15-foot wide high definition screen, Uneekor EyeXO launch monitor, and GSPro software with hundreds of courses.

-Circa 1880s Steinway Square from the original owners is now on display for you to use as the kitchen island...a memorable spot to enjoy your favorite beverage with your group!

-Master Shower features our fully remodeled zero-entry shower with waterfall shower head

-2 gas fireplaces in the living room and kitchen

-12 total beds:
2 King, 6 Queen, 2 Twin XL, 2 Twin

-Spectrum Gigabit Internet via a mesh network through out the home and Spectrum streaming on all TVs

-A total of 9 smart TVs, throughout the home with Spectrum's Sports Package

-Enormous screened-in porch with plenty of seating and a ping pong table

-The interior of the home has been freshly painted and with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels.

-The exterior (unheated) pool is the perfect place to unwind after a hot day

The driveway can accommodate at least 10 cars nose to nose in the huge semi-circle driveway.

We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started.

This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends. Ordinances strictly enforce quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Please be mindful of that if you choose to stay in our home. We do not allow events or parties of any kind.
Due to local ordinances, we can accommodate up to 12 adult overnight guests at a time and up to 4 additional children. Under no circumstances can there be more than 16 total guests in the home at a time. Thank you for your cooperation on both items.

Main House:

Master Bedroom: 2 King beds on opposite sides of the enormous room. En-suite bathroom with zero entry shower, double vanity, and separate dressing area.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 - 2 Queen Beds with Jack and Jill bathroom - 2 separate vanities, 2 separate toilets, and 1 shared tub/shower combo

Bedroom #4 - two Twin XL beds with access to full bath in hallway

Addition connected to Main House by Covered Walkway:

Bedroom #5 - 2 Queen beds, shared access to full bath in hallway

Bedroom #6 - 2 Twin beds, shared access to full bath in hallway
