Come and visit Country Charm! This is a gorgeous 3088 square foot home that is still in the city but on the edge of town with beautiful country views and a peaceful relaxing setting to enjoy. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 14 people yet is affordable for smaller groups as well. The home is wonderful to entertain with a large & luxurious family room and a 55" Smart TV & DVD player. The game room is amazing and has a billiards table and ping table for hours of enjoyment.

In the game room there is also a piano for those who like to play as well as a desk and chair for those who need to work while visiting. We have lots of games and board games for hours of enjoyable family/friend time together. There is also a large back yard with grass for which we have a croquet set, corn hole game, horse shoes, and bocce ball for outside fun. We also provide high speed Wi-Fi internet.

Country Charm is also handicap accessible with no stairs and wide and spacious rooms and hallways and doorways.

We have a beautiful sunroom which you can enjoy looking out the windows which also features a second small family room with 43" smart TV. There is an outside cement patio with a charcoal grill. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid while grilling.

We have a large kitchen which is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker as well as several coffee and hot chocolate pods, water kettle, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, electric can opener, and many sizes of pots and pans, bowls, glass casserole dishes, and cookie sheets to be able to cook at home meals. A high chair is also available. There is also a spice rack with many spices. The kitchen has a large island and we have an attached dining room that can seat up to 14 people people and also is a great location to play board games.

The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and also has a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa in the room. All the beds have comfortable blankets, pillows, linens, and mattresses. There is a large 55” smart TV also in the master as well as a huge walk in closet and a large ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap as well as hair dryers. A portacrib is also provided.

The second large bedroom has another comfortable king sized bed and a 50” smart TV with a bay window with amazing views of the countryside.

The third bedroom features comfortable twin over full bunkbed as well as a twin over twin bunkbed with a 43” smart TV for a great family friendly home for larger groups.

The fourth bedroom features an adorable queen size bedroom set with a 43” smart TV.

The second bathroom is a full sized bathroom with a shower tub combo.

The third bathroom is a half bath off of the laundry room which features a full size washer and dryer in a laundry room for which we provide laundry detergent and softener and dryer sheets. A first aid kit is also available.

The home is on 6.5 acres and so you are not close to any other home and will enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

The home has a large driveway with lots of parking for many vehicles and enough space to easily turn around.

Within a few days of your reservation you will be given information to access the home with a digital key pad to open the dead bolt on the front door.

You will be conveniently located 3 or 4 minutes from highway 60 in Mountain Grove and are within 10 minutes of all the restaurants and shopping available in Mountain Grove. You will have easy access to other cities close by in the Ozarks.
