Villa Tranquila-Versatile 4 Bedroom Villa W/Rooftop Pool, Oceanfront .

Villa Tranquila sleeps 8 to 10 people and has it all; beautiful turquoise hues of the Caribbean, a wonderful rooftop pool for you to enjoy,. Downtown & beautiful beaches only a short walk away. Each room has its own furnished terrace for lounging. The rooftop terrace (partially covered with a palapa or thatched roof) offers magnificent views of the open sea & Mujeres Bay. It has a mini bar area with a fridge, sink, & toilet, as well as tables & chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining.

This newly renovated home includes the 'Main House' (set up for 4 persons) and 2 Studios (set up for 2 each) one over the other in a separate blg. on the same property. The master bedroom and living room of the main house are oceanfront as well as both studios.

The first floor of the 'Main House' consists of a sunken living room complete with built -in couches, comfy leather chairs, ottoman and Smart TV . Sliding glass doors lead to an outside terrace. A 1/2 bath, a well equipped kitchen, & dining area complete the first floor.

An indoor circular stairway leads to the second level which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed, leather easy chair & ottoman, Smart TV . The roadside bedroom has a queen bed, chair, table w/chairs, Smart TV These bedrooms can also be accessed by an outer stairway leading to the second floor, if you don't want to use the inner circular staircase.

The 2 Studios are each equipped with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bed, smart TV, fridge, coffeemaker, iron w/ironing blanket, small couch, table & chairs. This is a great property to share with family and friends, with plenty of privacy and comfort for all!
The Villa can be rented as a four bedroom house, the main house only(two bedrooms), the main house and one studio(three bedrooms), or one or two studios only(one or two bedrooms). When renting a part of the Villa, you may be sharing the rooftop palapa and pool with other guests. The availability calendar shows only rental of the whole Villa, so if you are interested in the main house and/or one or two studios for any of the open dates showing on the calendar, please inquire as to which units are available for your dates.' This house sleeps 8 to 10 people . The main price is for 8 people and there is a extra fee for up to 2 extra people . We would provide Air Beds and linens for the 2 extra guests .
