Relax and recharge with family and friends at the lake! The Sunrise Lake House is the perfect place to stay year round. We aim to provide a place of comfort and relaxation with all the essential amenities and fun amenities. Enjoy private lakefront access, a screened porch to relax on, KAYAKS and PADDLE BOARDS provided in the summer months. Soak in the NEW 4 person HOT TUB with Lake views! Always with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Bay! Minutes to downtown St. Albans, offering delicious eateries and shopping at local boutiques. Burlington is 35 minutes away.
Indoor:
We have 2 bedrooms, total of 2 Queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. We aim to have the most comfortable beds, linens and towels. You’re provided with all the amenities you could need. Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, hair dryer, iron, towels, toilet paper, bidet, paper towels, bed linens, laundry machines, full kitchen, dishes, coffee, purified water faucet, slippers, robes, phone chargers throughout the house, WIFI, Netflix on the smart TV, assortment of board games.
Outdoor:
We have a large screened in covered porch with an assortment of seating. A perfect place to enjoy a meal in the warmer weather or just relax outside.
Winter activities: Spend time on the lake when it’s frozen over. If you have the gear, the lake is great for ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, or just playing in the snow. All this knowing you have a HOT TUB to come back to for a soak in an intimate setting with a gorgeous Lake View.
Summer months: Amenities include 2 KAYAKS, 2 PADDLE BOARDS, (life jackets provided) spending time on the beach fishing (with own gear), FIRE PIT on the beach and a Hot Tub with lake views! We have 1 boat mooring for those who like to travel with their boat. A full service marina with rentals 1 mile away. A public boat launch 1 mile away. Kill Kare park 2.5 miles away (has a beach and a ferry to Burton island) and the Bay Park (beach, huge playground and different sport courts) is 1 mile away to enjoy. The hot tub is a great place to relax those muscles after a day of activities or just to have some Zen moments while gazing at the lake. We have a variety of out door seating to relax in and we provide some outdoor games like a small putting green and cornhole.
The beach has 2 Kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a fire pit, benches and Cornhole.
And of course, get up early and enjoy the year round amazing sunrises.

The Lake House was just completely renovated inside and has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. In the summer, there are kayaks and a paddle board available for use on the water. In winter, ice fishing is just steps away from the door. There is a covered porch to ensure you get outdoor time no matter the weather!

The property is set up for comfort because that’s what we want when we stay there. All the amenities you could need are there. We aim to provide the most comfortable linens, furniture and vibe possible. The hot tub facing the lake provides a uniques vibe to relax in. We aim to provide a variety of fun amenities out doors. The property has 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, a putting green, cornhole games a fire pit on the beach and a variety of outdoor seating for your enjoyment. Waking up for Sunrises over the bay is the best way to start your day!
