This condo is conveniently located on the riverfront in Downtown Nashville, within walking distance to the Ball Park, Football Stadium, Restaurants, Honkey Tonks, Museums, Concert Halls & Shopping! No Need to have a Car! You can walk or take a $5 to $6 Uber ride to Broadway.
Our goal is for you to be satisfied. Check-In is 3pm CST day of Arrival. Check-Out is 11am CST morning of Departure. If we don't have guests checking out/in the day of your arrival/departure, we try to be flexible. If you need an earlier Check In or later Check Out, please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate you!
Much effort was taken to make sure you are happy with your accommodations! The 4 Beds (KING BED, 2 TWIN BEDS & QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA) have brand new mattresses, mattress toppers & bed linens.
This Condo is on the River is also equipped with Flat Screen TVs in the Living room AND BOTH BEDROOMS!
The Kitchen is well equipped with extras like Keurig Coffee Maker/Coffees in addition to Microwave, Dishwasher and Full Size Refrigerator.
Being on the first floor allows you to enjoy the outdoor space (deck/patio) while watching the boats go down the Cumberland.
